Wonderful breakfast and great views from our room.
Even though there was a wedding our room was quiet.

I would not recommend as a place to stay

Cons:

Our room smelled like someone had urinated on the carpet. The quality of bedding and pillows is absolutely atrocious. The staff are really not up to standard, delivered food to our room with no cutlery or any condiments, food ordered was not delivered. The quality of the food has really taken a nose dive.
Breakfast is absolutely terrible, the cheapest 1 star hotel offers better, I do t believe I have ever had food so bad anywhere before.

OK hotel.
Staffs are nice.
Probably best option in town.

Cons:

Breakfast is OK, but understaffed. There was an excursion and they could not keep up replenish the breakfast buffet.
Rooms are getting old and worn out.

Pros:

Room was very comfortable, staff very friendly and attentive, food was very good.
Used the thermal spa which was excellent value.

Cons:

Sometimes bar service was slow but only happened when was extremely busy, no other complaints
