Personnel pas compétent. Trop jeune et service pitoyable.
Les femmes de chambres font la chambre mais ne passe pas l’aspirateur (quand je demande pourquoi on me dit: l’aspirateur est cassé).
Accès à la piscine debile!!!

Excellent petit déjeuner , fraicheur , variété et qualité des produits.
Cadre et ambiance très bien, vue sur le lac Léman, tables dressées belle nappes , buffet extrêmement fourni , charcuterie locale , fruits frais, dessert variés proposition de fromages locaux de grande saveur, riz au lait façon grand-mère ...
Grande envie de recommencer ce séjour avec le spa ,les piscines, installations mises à disposition en attendant la chambre qui nous a été libérée très tôt .Hotel de grande classe , restaurant 1* plus que méritée avec des saveurs ,un respect des mets ,un service à table agréable pour accompagner le repas , toutes choses qui n'ont rien à envier à ce que proposent Pierre Gagnaire ou Régis Marcon , une étoile largement méritée pour le restaurant et un établissement qui mérite la découverte.

ll ??? il faut chercher trop longtemps pour trouver un détail qui aurait du sens.
Rien à dire , personnel extra, ni hautain ni obséquieux, prévenant efficace, la sincérité du contact: les gens sont très professionnels et ne sont pas des robots programmés.Contacts excellents.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Royal Hotel in Evian-les-Bains. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and peaceful, with excellent service and attention to detail. Everything was perfect and made our stay very special.

A special thank you to Fatma Al Zahraa at the front desk for her exceptional kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. She was incredibly helpful and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

Hôtel et personnel exceptionnel.
Pros:

Tout, le personnel, le petit déjeuner, le spa, les piscines intérieur et extérieur (avec la vue magnifique sur le lac)

Cons:

L’insonorisation entre notre chambre (519) et la chambre voisine, chambre communicante pas très bien insonorisé.
Dommage de ne pas proposer d’autres chambres sans voisins quand cela est possible.
