Calme, reposante agréable et magnifique
Pros:

Le calme était son principal avantage, le lieu était magnifique, le personnel adorable !

Cons:

L’emplacement est un peu loin… et les horaires des navettes ne sont pas assez flexible il en manque un peu surtout pour le retour… nous ne pouvons pas profiter d’une soirée et les taxis de la ville n’ont pas le droit d’aller aussi loin

Wonderfull facilities with unprofessional stuff
Pros:

The facilities, wonderful location, pool, room, everything sufficient. You might have some ants and crockroach due to too close to nature. Incase of such situation, they will change your room.

Cons:

Stuffs are good, but not well trained. Even though the director came everyday during breakfast and asking feedback, her team is not well trained. In recpetion they forget to entry in their system my payment of tax, so during checkout i was asked to pay again. It was such an emberrasing situtation. And restuarent stauffs are playing happy birthday song in my marrige anniversary wish...(it was funny). I am not angry or saying they did anything intentionally, i am saying they are not trained enough in servicing.

Se resourcer dans le calme d’un écrin de verdure.

Un cadre luxueux où on peut apprécier le calme, loin du tumulte balnéaire ou urbain. Personnel aux petits soins.

Un séjour inoubliable
Pros:

Il faut vraiment être difficile pour ne pas être satisfait de cet hôtel, la première des choses c’est l’accueil dès l’arrivée. La deuxième c’est la serviabilité de tout le personnel et ce qui est vraiment sympa et que je ne vois pas dans d’autres Hôtel c’est la présence de la direction Qui vient nous voir pour prendre des nouvelles, je trouve ça très professionnel.
C’est un hôtel que je conseille vraiment tout est au top, le petit déjeuner la piscine et surtout la grande chambre bien spacieuse avec un lit super confortable. Merci à tout le monde.

Splendid. The hotel Director Fatima is present everyday to meet people guests needs.
Pros:

The oasis vegetal conditions, space everywhere - rooms, restaurant, bar, spa

Cons:

Most of the staff were exceptional, friendly, service minded. There was though some lacks of organisation in terms of collective efficiency of the staff: For example, lots of sun-beds remained with abandoned all day towels, still some rules to avoid that might be helpful as it give rhe impression not enough sun-beds spaces are available. Maybe two or three rounds will help not to have that by the pool staff, not only in the opening and closing.
Restaurant buffet breakfast: Give some more responsabilités to serving staff to monitor lack of dishes or empty buffet corners.
Staff can eat from the buffet but outside guests areas as it leaves chaotic impression. These are not big things, just some details to built one layer to excellence

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, calme et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables.

Tout est bien. Je n'ai rien a dire. Je cherchais l tranquilité، le dépaysement, le confort et le golf, et j'étais bien servi. Si on veut la foule, la plage ..., il t'a des navettes pour nous emmener a tikida beach qui est en ville. Le personnel est exceptionnel , la directrice est un amour et au petit soin. On se sent chez soi dans cette hotel et on sent bien l cohesión entre l'équipe. Hotel à recommandé si on cherche la tranquilité et le repos. Bravo à toute l'équipe.
