Pros:

Le cadre de l’établissement est très agréable, calme, propre et reposant. Les espaces sont bien entretenus et l’ambiance générale permet de passer un séjour apaisant.

Cons:

En revanche, j’ai été déçu par l’attitude du personnel. J’ai eu le sentiment que le traitement réservé aux clients variait selon leur origine, avec davantage d’attention portée aux clients étrangers qu’aux clients marocains alors que on est au Maroc. Dans un établissement de ce niveau, chaque client devrait être accueilli avec le même respect, la même considération et le même professionnalisme.

Des commentaires du monsieur dans l’accueil du Check out surprenante sur mon frère qui est venu nous rendre visite au restau/ bar accompagné de sa fille un bébé de 6 mois. Sachant qu’on est en juin et pas (juillet août) où ils interdisent les enfants.
Troisième séjour dans l’établissement. Malgré le calme du cadre, je préfère séjourner ailleurs.

"là, tout n'est qu'ordre et beauté, luxe, calme et volupté"

Un établissement fabuleux, et un accueil merveilleux. Le décor et la végétation luxuriante vous transportent dans une ambiance orientaliste digne d'un tableau de Delacroix. Le personnel attentif et souriant contribue à l'excellente qualité du séjour.

Un peu à l’écart d’Agadir. Il faut donc prendre un taxi pour aller dîner ailleurs. Mais le trajet n’est pas long
