Pros:

Lovely little pool to relax in after a long day. Nice spacious room and comfortable bed. Bar was great and reasonably priced. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of variety, fresh and tasty.

Cons:

Unfortunately the airbcon wasn't very effective

Pros:

I would like to thank the team for providing my sister and extra special birthday brownie treat which was in our room waiting for us when we arrived. Hotel is in a great location, clean and feels luxurious without the price tag

Great location and clean hotel

The property was fantastic with a great location

Cons:

We could not get through the Paddington Basin barrier and had to push our luggage all the way from the gate to the hotel. Also when leaving I encountered a rude member of staff who told me if the gate does not open then I have to take my luggage there although I was specifically told by another member of staff that they can ask security to open the gate. His manner and tone was offensive
