I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m. after making a reservation through Booking.com. The payment had already been charged to my credit card, but when I checked in, the receptionist told me that they did not have a room available for me.

As a woman traveling alone, I was left stranded in the middle of the night and had to spend the next hour searching for another hotel. This situation caused me significant stress, inconvenience, and additional expenses. I find it completely unacceptable that my confirmed and prepaid reservation was not honored.

I always enjoy staying here! The location is perfect for exploring the city and surrounded by great food options. The beds are comfy. The rooms are clean & spacious. Most importantly, the staff is always amazing! The valet when you arrive; smiling faces at the front desk; bartenders and cleaning staff are all so friendly and make the stay that much more enjoyable.

Layout of room, great amenities and the complimentary welcome drinks and room was really well stocked with snacks, drinks, kitchenette and awesome nostalgia fridge.

When taking trips, there are certain things that make the experience rememberable. Valet is an art and a luxury in which you pay for convenience. I never forget where I come from and I’m always thoroughly impressed when I encounter a team built and lead to provide quality service. Impressed by all the attendance that accommodated me during my stay, I needed to know who was the manager. Within a matter seconds I could see why the team was so sound. Brandon Smith is a great leader and the hotel is made better because of it thank you Brandon.

Ervin was so nice and amazing! Very personable and kicked off our girls’ trip the right way. Lovely hotel. Amazing staff. Perfect location.

Excellent stay to celebrate a friend's birthday. Location is convenient to everything you will want to do, rooms are well appointed and staff is super attentive.

Keam helped us valet our car and explained everything we needed to have a nice stay.

Kelly at the pool bar took great care of a large group of us in the cabana over july 4th weekend. She made sure everyone always had a fresh drink and stayed cool. Ervin helped us with bags to the car, ensuring our departure was just as smooth as our arrival. Josiah has an infectious exuberance at the 22 square restaurant. He is a treasure. Our second morning was exceptionally busy for breakfast at 22 square but Ashley made sure our experience was still good. Isaiah helped us with a smooth check in and explained all the hotel benefits and AE perks. Our housekeeper kept us well-stocked with coffee pods and enough cups to satisfy any of our beverage needs.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Parking was expensive. Would recommend walking to Forsyth Park and scoping out Mate Cafe for breakfast (so unique and cute) and a ghost tour with Genteel & Bard.

Ervin was amazing and so accommodating. Where others said they couldn’t he was quick to say he could!! He’s a wonderful addition to Andaz! Hotel was decent but not as nice as other Hyatt’s. Definitely more cramped.

Located right in the center of all of the activities in downtown Savannah and providing great service to its’ guests, this is the place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay here during July 4th weekend. Ervin at the valet station is so friendly and helpful. We will return!
