Staff is wonderful!

I took my Mom to Savannah and it was both our first time. The Andaz made a great first impression. I loved everything about the hotel. The location was phenomenal, the food was great (best smash burger I ever had) and the customer service was exceptional. I would like to make a special mention that Isaiah went over and beyond with his service. We would definitely return and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Savannah.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of local attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are helpful and friendly. The pool area is pleasant and the bar drinks are good. Happy hour starts at 2pm!

Hotel itself was great, and in a great location. Right in City Market, and just 2 blocks from the river. It was unfortunate that one of the only two elevators at the hotel was not in service and I'm pretty sure the hotel was sold out. So very long wait times for an elevator.

We had a great time at the Andez! Great location and the staff were so nice and helpful. Ervin in the valet was so nice and helped to pack our car with the best attitude. Would definitely stay here again.

Ervin was the most helpful, friendly staff member we encountered on our stay. He took time to talk to us everyday & would always ask if we needed any help. Favorite employee at the Andaz Savannah by far.

Will be back! Loved the atmosphere, the room with a balcony overlooking the square & the people. We came to see Ella Langley and got a few drinks before hitting the arena. Bartender Kim was great & we enjoyed reconnecting again after the concert! The valet was on point as well! Had us squared away to drive to the arena (9mins drive) right on time and this morning Ervin had our vehicle already up front and ready to go! Excellent service all round from the Andaz! Thank you! 🩷

The Andaz is our fav place to stay over in the Savannah. The property is well kept and the staff are truly what sets it apart. Their frontline service makes all the difference here. Special call out to the valet team. Super prompt and considerate. This morning in checkout Ervin was amazing. Super polite and helpful. He assisted with all of our bags and thanked us for staying at the property. It’s teams like this that create brand loyalty.

The hotel experience was a perfect demo that Globalist status with Hyatt can be best hotel loyalty status-at the right hotel. Bookee stay with points, received free parking ($55 value). Destination fee is also removed. Complimentary brekfast. The fron desk stated "Because you are Globalist, you can have any room you like, and offered fabulous upgrade. Plus late checkout of course. It's like a miracle that never happens, I appreciate such an awesome stay :-)

The location is so close to everything Historic Savannah has to offer. We walked so much and only Ubered because it rained. Such a beautiful building and amazing location!

This is a beautiful, well kept hotel situated in the heart of downtown. It’s close to Ciry Market and River Street. Check in/check out was a breeze. Staff is welcoming . We got early check in, upgraded room, and free daily breakfast as part of Amex program.
The hotel has a nice restaurant that offers great food and drink options. I highly recommend the shrimp and grits, the hot honey chicken and waffles, and the ham flatbread . There’s happy hour from 2-6pm. We used our hotel credit to save money on Lunch.
The pool area is private and inviting. The hotel provides stick and s’more kit for the fire pit. A nice option for evening fun with family.
Of note, the balcony with city views can be noisy. There’s a nightclub across the street. The hotel is next to Ellis Square. Few homeless people at night. I wouldn’t venture alone at night as a solo traveler.
The valet parking is worth it. It’s a one time fee if you don’t move your car. There’s a public parking next to the hotel. I highly recommend the hop on/hop off tour. To save money you could use the DOT bus (free city bus) to get to Forsyth Park (it’s about 24 minutes walk from hotel). Don’t bother with Uber.
Overall, I’m pleased with my experience at Andaz . I’ll stay there again.

The hotel was in a great location. It was close to both the riverfront and all the shops in town. It was a nice upscale looking room, which was kind of a nice break after looking at all the ornate architecture in most of the city. It was super clean and quiet. I loved the rooftop deck. The mini bar had complimentary water, juice, soda and some snacks which was so great to have. The prices for the mini-bar for the other drinks and snacks were very reasonable. I would go there again.

Boutique hotel with the most friendly and welcoming staff! Upgraded our room and left a sweet box of chocolate with a note for my daughter’s birthday. Happy Hour daily at the bar. Rooms were very clean. Highly recommend!
