Not recommended
Cons:

The pool had to close on both days we stayed at the property.
The receptionist was really bad and provided no information at all about the property despite our questions, we found out about the kids club upon check out.

Wonderful
Pros:

Very nice property with stunning view on the lake Geneva in the middle of a wonderful botanic park. I loved the restaurant La Table, the “sommelier” gave us excellent advice (thanks to her knowledge of the Touraine region in France) for the wine and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool was very nice but quite busy with young kids. Overall great experience!!

Séjour de qualité dans un écrin de verdure
Pros:

Le parc est exceptionnel, un vrai écrin de biodiversité au calme, avec une belle vue sur le Lac.
Service de grande qualité, chambre et literie confortables, petit déjeuner excellent, piscines agréables.

Nice stay in calm and relaxing place
Pros:

Very nice location with a great view to the lake. Friendly staff, always ready to help. Good breakfast and wonderful restaurant for dinner. Nice and cozy lounge zone. Large and well maintained territory.

Cons:

The room, we were offered upon arrival was dirty and had no view at all, so, we’ve changed it on to another room but with extra charge - +70€ per day:/

Wundervolle Lage!
Grosser Park mit schöner Gartensnlage.

Cons:

Vom Wellness und Spa haben wir etwas mehr erwartet.
Der Aussen- und Innenpool waren sehr schön.
Nur die Sauna war doch etwas klein und ein Hamam haben wir nicht vorgefunden oder ist das Dampfbad ein Hamam?

Déçus pour la première fois alors que nous y venons depuis une quinzaine d’années

Cons:

Cette année on avait l’impression d’être dans un kids’ hôtel : impossible de nager dans la piscine envahie par une multitude d’enfants qui sautaient, éclaboussaient et hurlaient de tout leur poumon, squattaient le jacuzzi : nous avons renoncer après 2 heures d’attente.

Cons:

Insonorisation de la chambre sur le couloir mauvaise; on entendait chaque personne qui passait et le matin les femmes de chambre sont présentes non stop donc moyennement à l’aise lorsque nous sommes dans la chambre.
Le lit 2 places n’est pas assez grand.
Chambre un peu vieillotte.

J'ai eu un weekend calme et relaxant avec mon fils de 5 ans. Tout était très bien.

Cons:

L insonorisation n est pas très bonne. Nous entendions les portes claquer et les conversations des gens. Jacuzzi de la piscine trop petit et temperature limite chaude.
