L hôtesse s est adressée à sa collègue devant nous, sans s adresser directement à nous.
En expliquant que comme elle n avait pas l appoint monnaie exact à nous rendre pour la taxe de séjour. Elle rendrait ce qu elle pourrait et nous paierons plus cher de taxe de séjour que ce qui était prévu.
Je voyage beaucoup, ca ́e m est jamais arrivé.
Inadmissible de parler d un client devant lui sans s adresser directement à lui et de vouloir faire payer plus cher une fois arrivée, par manque de monnaie.

Cons:

L'accès aux chambres par l'extérieur avec escaliers, pas d'ascenseur, pas pratique pour les bagages.
Manque d'éclairage côté vestiaire.
2 serviettes de douche, manquait au moins une pour cheveux /ou mains.

De prijs. Het is een budgethotel, dus je stelt je verwachtingen daar vooraf al op in en weet dat je geen luxe hoeft te verwachten.

Cons:

De basishygiëne, de service en de onrust. De vloer in de kamer was bij het inchecken extreem vies. Ik heb dit direct gemeld bij de receptie en zij beloofden dit de volgende dag schoon te maken (waarbij overigens werd gemeld dat ze sinds 1 maart eigenlijk helemaal niet meer schoonmaken tijdens een verblijf). De volgende dag bleek er niets gedaan te zijn; het 'aub schoonmaken'-bordje was door het personeel simpelweg op de inloopmat gegooid. Na één wandeling op sokken naar de badkamer zaten mijn sokken compleet onder het vuil. Toen ik voor de terugweg uit nood een schone, witte badmat op de grond legde, was deze na er één keer overheen lopen direct grauw en smerig. Daar kwam nog bovenop dat het brandalarm tot twee keer toe afging (een keer om 07:00 uur 's ochtends en nog een keer in de middag). Erg storend en frustrerend. Basishygiëne en afspraken nakomen mag je ook bij een budgethotel verwachten.
