Pros:

Good hotel. Had late check in. Night porter very friendly and efficient. Beds comfortable but air con broken and room very hot. Had 2 fans on locker but took noisy to but on during night.

Cons:

Breakfast service was terrible. Need some management or supervision to overhaul the whole dining experience. Buffet not stocked. Tables not set up properly. Hot buffet practically empty with 30 mins remaining for service. Nobody cleared breakfast cereal bowls throughout the whole time we were there. Brought up coffee and tea eventually but walked away empty handed from table. When I left I counted 10 tables full of cereal bowls and hot breakfast plates so wasn't just our table. Only picked the hotel for the breakfast included rate so big mistake. Management non existent and complained on checkout to be told that breakfast is a problem in the mornings by reception and others complaining on different days.

Pros:

The staff is great. The facilities are good.

Cons:

Breakfast food was not good at all. On two out of four days we had lukewarm water instead of hot water. The road outside is really loud and it's hard to fall asleep if your window faces the road.

Clean and spacious rooms with tasty breakfast.
Pros:

We had to book last minute a property half way between Dublin and the ring of Kerry. We were able to book this place late at night and we were very thankful for this! (Specially since we were a party of nine). The rooms were clean and spacious but somehow warm. Breakfast was abundant and tasty.

Pros:

Location ,carparking.food was good

Cons:

Clenliness of rooms, shower door loose and came off in hands. Stains on bed. Tv not working. No coffee facility in room only tea option. Only one bar open and was packed no seats and tables and bar counter full of used glasses . Staff talking to each r on there phones and took up half hour to get a drink .

Staff were polite, bed was comfortable, food was good .

Cons:

The room was too hot needed the fan on all night even with the window open, noise from traffic passing, mouldy silicone in shower doors ,alot of stuff marks on furniture, swimming pool facilities very poor with work being carried out .not much to do in charleville .

Grand for a quick stay.
Pros:

Leisure area and pool were great and very kid friendly. Staff were very kid friendly.

Great location, good breakfast but hotel felt functional rather than luxurious!
Pros:

Staff were friendly and sorted out a room issue.
Room are spacious but felt a little dated (curtains, windows, bathroom!
Breakfast staff were attentive and responsive. Irish Fry / breakfast items were all there and client could select as they pleased. Plates were warmed and lots of space in the food area.
Bacon was well cooked and 'thick cut'! Sausages were large and tasty! Enjoyed the porridge with fruit cocktail, juice and coffee.
Shower worked well but lots of cleaning is need for watermarks, etc! Room also had a large bath!
Good quality toiletries provided but their housing was grubby!
Bedroom had no AC but a fan was provided!
TV remote worked perfectly and TV was large and with excellent selection of channels.
Travelled with a sight impaired relative so lack of steps in hotel was welcomed (entrance, majority of dining area, etc). Elevator worked perfectly and was busy as hotel seemed fully occupied at weekend.

Cons:

Breakfast selection covered the basics but that was it. Did not see a cheese selection.
Only kitchen items were porridge, pancakes and eggs! The rest was just basic Irish Breakfast selection.
Dining area was functional.
For a four star hotel - no views, and little luxury but great location and reasonable cost. Did not visit the spa or pool so perhaps all the luxury was there!
