Four nights in Jasper
Pros:

We stayed for four nights in this basic, but clean hotel. There are earplugs provided due to the trains nearby (across the street), but we actually needed them for the noisy air-conditioning! Rooms are small, but had everything we needed for our stay. In comparison to where I'd stayed before in Jasper, it was value for money.

Front of house staff were all very professional and friendly, trying to make our stay comfortable. We had breakfast in Terra on the first morning, which was delicious and a worthy treat.

The Crimson is located just across the road from the railway station, and is a short walk into the centre of the town.

Don't expect frills, but do expect a clean place to stay.

Très beau séjour et chambre très confortable.
Pros:

Les lits sont très confortables, beaucoup de rangement dans la chambre le restaurant était très tranquille et très bon, très bien situé également dans la ville.

Cons:

Le stationnement était limité, et on devait aller dans la rue, mais nous n’avons pas eu de problème à trouver un stationnement dans la rue. La piscine et le spa sont au sous-sol donc un peu moins agréable que si c’était vitré.

Great Location for a wonderful time in Jasper!
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Jasper. Great location with a great view of the Rockies! The onsite restaurant was exceptional! Wonderful waitstaff with very good for and amazing blueberry pancakes!

Small rooms but clean and good people
Pros:

Nice people. No drink glasses in the bathroom, small rooms, Nice view from the lobby but my room faced the alley into the neighbors back yards. No outside benches on property to enjoy the views. Good location and clean but please put some outside seating. We were suppose to have 4 or 5 star hotels on our trip. This is a solid 3

It was a great location for Jasper outings!
Pros:

It had a good bathroom, m/w and fridge. Clean - great location but the trains are non stop all night long right across the street! We were able to find a hotel parking space for all three days!

Cons:

Very slow service in restaurant and very expensive food!

Not a Four-Star Property (Despite what Rocky Mountaineer Maintains)
Pros:

I was booked into Room 105 as part of my Gold Leaf package with the Rocky Mountaineer. It was supposed to be the equivalent of a four-star hotel but in reality it was a former motel. My room was literally in the housekeeping wing, dark and depressing. When I walked outside, I saw people with balconies. If you are assigned here as part of the RM package, complain immediately.
