Perfect location in town centre. Terra restaurant was a pleasant bonus.

The location! The place was clean and accessible.

Good central location. Comfy large bedroom and comfy bed. Friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub.

We arrived quite late on a Friday so there was no space in the car park. There is street parking outside but it’s chargeable until 7pm. Just go a little further up Connaught drive to find the free on road parking.
Our room was large and spacious with direct access to the car park ( which we loved as it meant we didn’t have to go through the hotel lobby to go in and out).
Very clean room with a comfy bed and a large bathroom . Ideal location for exploring Jasper town with everything in walking distance . Ear plugs are provided for the trains but we found we didn’t need them as we just got accustomed to the train noise.

Our stay at The Crimson is the third accommodation we have stayed in so far during our tour of the Rockies and unfortunately is our longest stay at four nights.
Pros: Excellent central location with the amenities of the town on your doorstep. All the staff we have encountered so far have been friendly and helpful.
Cons: 1. We were booked into a studio room by our travel agent. This is the only hotel/B&B or Air BnB room I have ever stayed in that does not have a closet or hanging rail to enable you to hang your clothes. Bizarre and very inconvenient. Had we known we would have asked for a standard room. The kitchenette isn’t worth having and the fridge is noisy.
2. We have had breakfast at the hotel this morning. We were given the menu which just showed food options. No drinks menu was offered so we naively assumed drinks were included. When we were presented with the bill we had been charged for all three drinks. When we queried why there was no drinks menu listing the charges we were told “it’s kinda implied”. If you are paying for something, you should know the amount you are paying in advance.
3. I appreciate the hotel is not responsible for the behaviour of other guests but we have been disturbed by inconsiderate guests talking at the top of their voices and banging doors loudly.
4. The carpets fitters were very noisy, both in the works carried out and their loud voices. Perhaps they could have started a little later on a Saturday morning?
Our stay here is a little disappointing sadly.

Good hotel and the rooms were comfortable and big. Good free parking. The hotel is close to town and we waled everywhere

前台小哥哥很友好。虽然停车位有限，但酒店就在市区与居民区的交界，酒店北面的路边可以随意停车。

The beds were nice. Food service was very good, thankfully it was quiet with the parking lot being right at the bedroom window I was concerned.
