Ottima esperienza
Pros:

Classico hotel "business", molto grande e dotato di tutti i servizi (anche se personalmente non ho usufruito di molti di essi)
Parcheggio sotterraneo coperto, grande è collegato da ascensori, veramente ottimo.
Personale giovane, garbato, e molto professionale, alla reception, ai piani, in sala colazione ed al ristorante.
Camera molto grande, illuminata, letti comodi, pulitissima.
Bagno con doccia molto ampia, con sufficienti dotazioni (manca però un dispenser sapone vicino al bidet -quello accanto al lavandino è difficile da "raggiungere" dal bidet).
Colazione abbondante e varia, prodotti di buona qualità, benchè "ordinari", sia nel dolce che nel salato.
Nessun problema al check-in/out, nè amministrativo, nè di tempistiche.

Cons:

La temperatura in camera, come ormai triste consuetudine in molti hotel, non è gestibile autonomamente. Questo comporta il dover ripetutamente chiamare la reception per aumentare/diminuire o soltanto spegnere la climatizzazione.
Il personale è disponibile e provvede con tempestività, però è "fastidioso", soprattutto durante la notte, non poter gestire soggettivamente la temperatura o magari soltanto ON/OFF. Peraltro le camere sono dotate di chiavi elettroniche, sicchè il rischio che gli ospiti lascino acceso inutimente il condizionatore è annullato.
Non ho usufruito del Ristorante, ma del Bistrot, trovandolo un po' "esagerato" nei prezzi, soprattutto rispetto all'offerta.
Non ho gradito la portata che ho preso (a mio parere non preparata in modo impeccabile). A tal proposito ho trovato il personale molto garbato e disponibile ad ascoltare le mie "osservazioni", tanto da depennare addirittura la portata dal conto. Non banale.

Für eine Nacht total ok. Direkt an de Autobahn auf unserem Weg nach Venedig.
Pros:

Zum zweiten Mal habe ich hier einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt.

Pros:

Stanza bella, pulita e grande, ottimo!

Cons:

Per un disguido, il personale ci ha bussato 2 volte di notte mentre dormivamo per chiederci se volevamo cambiare stanza (probabilmente hanno sbagliato stanza, noi appunto stavamo dormendo)

Camera datata e buia. Le camere al piano terra non si addicono a un quattro stelle. Non vale la tariffa pagata.

Hotel bello e accogliente, stanza perfetta, tutto pulito. Letto gigante e stanza grande e confortevole.

Cons:

L'hotel è in una posizione non servita dai mezzi pubblici, quindi se non si prenotano per tempo servizi di trasporto privato c'è il rischio di rimanere a piedi! Ho scelto questa struttura per un concerto al Live Club ma non c'era alcun servizio taxi per tornare di sera. Ho dovuto viaggiare si taxi privati molto costosi, per brevi tratte costi assurdi!

Camera comoda ma SPA deludente e frustrante

Camere comodo, Davide e ragazze alla reception professionali e gentili.

Cons:

Voto altamente condizionato dalla Signora addetta alla prenotazione e gestione della SPA. E’ la mia 3 e ultima volta , struttura scelta per la spa ma la responsabile così come condiviso da altri clienti e’ poco professionale, disincentiva il cliente ad entrare in spa per poter chiudere prima . Ci siamo sentiti offesi e stressati dopo una lunga giornata lavorativa.
