Pretty property. Walkable to nearby Victoria, Falls restaurants and shops.

We enjoyed our stay and it was a great location..and affordable

WE ENJOYED STAYING THERE FOR THE WEEK. HOWEVER, THE DINNER ON OUR FIRST NIGHT OF ARRIVE WAS NOT GOOD.

SO, FOR LESS AND BETTER VALUE FOR MONEY, BETTER QUALITY OF FOOD, AND DRINKS WE WENT TO EAT AT OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS THROUGHOUT OUR STAY.

OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS ALL GOOD AND A GREAT LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF.

Cons:

Maybe the interior of the room...door had wood missing , chairs in room needs attention, furniture a bit worn. bed was comfortable and clean bedding was so nice. No conditioner in room and tea and coffee supply was not filled every day.

Very nice hotel with nice grounds and view from the rooftop deck of the spray from the falls.
Pros:

The friendly and helpful staff. The complementary shuttle to the falls. The buffet breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable and the pool area was very nice.

Cons:

The shower door leaked water and made a puddle on the floor.

An Excellent Choice for Budget Conscious Travellers
Pros:

I had two nights at this property. The gardens are magnificent, although the reception area lets what is an excellent property for the price, down. That said my check-in was fabulous by the lovely Ethel. All the staff at the hotel were fantastic, polite and helpful.

The room was very large, spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. I unfortunately had an inter-leading room, and could hear everything in my neighbours room. Unless you are travelling with someone and want this, definitely ask for a room that is not inter-leading! The bathroom was lovely, except my shower leaked water everywhere. It was not a catastrophe as I was travelling on my own, and used the spare towels on the floor.

The pool area and pool bar are beautiful. There is plenty of parking.

This property is so well located and you can easily walk to the Victoria Falls and the shops in town.

It offers great value, great location and great service. It is not 5 star but the value is outstanding and I highly recommend this property!

Warm hospitality and great location near the falls
Pros:

We had a great stay at the Rainbow Victoria Falls and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and the pool bar is definitely a bonus. The restaurant is affordable with decent food, and the buffet meals offered a good variety. A big plus was that my child could eat for free.

The only downside was the breakfast — at $30 for a continental-style spread, it felt unreasonably pricey.

It was also handy having an activities desk right at reception, and the free shuttle to the Falls at set times during the day made getting around easy.

Exceptional customer care when really needed
Pros:

I fell really ill just before I arrived and was worried I wouldn't be able to join my Safari..

When I told the staff the next morning I was sick, they had a wonderful DR in my room within 30 minutes!!

The staff checked on me, bought for to my room and kept ATM eye on me 💜

By the following day I was so much better and joined my Safari for an awesome 3 week tour.

Thank you so much to the team for genuinely caring and giving such great customer service !! They are were the best 💕

Comforatable stay in a great location at very good price.
Pros:

Located at easy reach of the falls and town. Has a swimming pool that came in handy after coming back from trips in the afternoon

Cons:

Minimum noise suppression between rooms. Can easily hear sounds from rooms new to and above your own.
No simple amenities like facial tissues
