It was a nice hotel with all basic needs being taken care of. Front desk staff super sweet! Clean tidy rooms with a lovely fully functional kitchenette. 7/11 is just 2 min walk away. The tuktuk service that they have till 9pm was a bonus point! Overall a good stay. Recommended!
I wish the laundry came as complimentary rather than at a charge of 240 BAHT for washing and drying. Also i felt sukhumvit 11 street is not family friendly as there's a lot of loud music and bars, felt like staying in a red zone whenever we stepped out of our hotel near midnight. The hotel itself is great though! Just wish it was in a more family friendly area.
The Room was clean, the hot water from the shower was my favourite. The room comes with a small pantry which is fully stocked with kitchen ware as well. So on days you want to have your own egg and toast its there for you. Will definitely come back!
I don't think this is a deal breaker but for people who prefer a quiet place to sleep at night it might not be perfectly quiet as there are restaurants and clubs that are in the same stretch which operate till 4-5am

Great friendly staff and a great location.
The breakfast. Certainly didn't cater for westerners. I stayed 13 night with breakfast included but only ate there 4 times. Especially when you have a worker on the floor telling a cook how to cook eggs. I had the same experience at the Ramada a couple of months ago.
