Very disappointing
Pros:

Good location. Nice pool and gym area. Lovely views.

Cons:

Very tired room. Dirty walls, toilet old fixtures, patio door didn’t lock properly, enormous holes on dirty curtains, curtain off rails, pillows awful, air con unit had mould around it. When we raised with reception they said it would be fixed. Spoke to them again next morning and got told off saying “what do you expect as we are only 3 star engineers only visit in the morning.” Staff were rude. This was our 2nd visit this year and this one was vastly different from the first. We paid £255 per night for this. Definitely not worth the money.

Pros:

Pool was very nice quiet hotel staff friendly helpful apart from bar staff not so very good breakfast comfortable beds and kettle in room

Fantastic hotel, will be back.
Pros:

Hotel was fantastic, staff great, good location, great gym. Was suprised with the quality and range of both the breakfast and the dinner buffets.

Cons:

Rooms could do with a little upgrade, but we knew this going in and they better than most reviews make out. A minor upgrade would take the hotel to a another level, but overall it was brilliant and we will be coming back.

Mooi groot hotel met diverse fasciliteiten. Onze kamer had 2 bedden van 160x200. Heel fijn, maar dit was niet nodig.

Cons:

De prijs is veel te hoog voor deze accomodatie. Dit zal ook wel met de popolariteit van Soller te maken hebben. Tevens een veel te klein zwembad in vergelijking tot het volume van het hotel.

Pros:

Hôtel bien placé, à quelques minutes de la plage et du port. Nous avons toujours trouvé à nous garer dans la rue. Chambre très confortable. Personnel toujours disponible. Très bon petit déjeuner "écolo" : pas de petits emballages pour le sucre, le beurre, la confiture mais des pots. C'est très agréable.

Cons:

C'est quand même cher.

Sauna

Cons:

Bedrooms were dated, small and cramped. Room service didn’t replace towels, water or coffee. Was very expensive for what it is. The sauna and pool area had been refurbed and were nice. The bedrooms were a joke for the price.

Very nice hotel at a good location, rooms need a little refurbishing (as of 2026)
Pros:

Great food selection at breakfast/dinner; 5 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes from the bus stop to Palma; nice views; great staff. Extra bonus points for the ice-cream at every dinner.

Cons:

The shower head was leaking heavily, we got a bottle of water on arrival, however would've liked it every day considering it was 36-39C every single day during our stay.

Koffie was slecht, reparatie had vooraf kamer ingang even gemeld moeten worden l, een extra haakje voor badkleding en/of handdoek was handig
