Good but could be better
Pros:

The location is brilliant. Only a 15-minute walk from the CBD 2 to 3 minute walk from one of the ferry terminals to go north and south. Great selection of restaurants and bakeries and coffee shops nearby.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi in our apartment didn't work. Couldn't log on. The staff said they have been having issues in some apartments which they known about. So had to hotspot my own data to watch the TV in the lounge, got a $5 refund and a 2-hour extended checkout. The pool is advertised as year-round warm but it was freezing and the hot tub only worked for a few minutes before tripping out and the power resetting multiple times.

I would stay there again if it was just with my partner but not if it was with a group of friends.
Pros:

I liked the location and the room size

Cons:

When I walked into the room there was a bag of dirty laundry. The lifts and scanning was confusing, we weren’t told you had to scan the garage remote to access the car parking floors. I also didn’t like how we were only allowed set amount of visitors and that they had to be listed. I had friends I was visiting from over seas but because I got a 1 bedroom apartment I wasn’t allowed all 4 guests up at the apartment before our dinner reservations.

Amazing and highly recommended
Pros:

Location very good. Only minutes walk from shopping area in Queen St Mall. High floor 62nd floor with amazing views of Story Bridge and the river and even as far as the ocean. The hot spa and the large gym are big highlights.

Cons:

The 3 bedroom apartment is over two floors. There is a bedroom and the dining and living area and a toilet downstairs but no bathroom. Both upstairs bathrooms are en-suite. So it was a little inconvenient for the downstairs guests to shower as you need to go into one of the bedrooms.
