Unable to use the spa and pool after check out. Which means we didn't get to use it at all.
Great location. Friendly staff that go above and beyond to accommodate your guests. I have never used the fob access to lifts before that was fun to be shown by your girls. Thankyou for having me. I highly recommend to family and friends 🧡
No ashtray
Great room, very clean, with a view of the river, only a short walk to some of the best bars and restaurants.
Excellent location. Easy access to restaurants, public transport( including thr Citycat). Walking distance to central shopping mall or take the free loop bus with the stop in the near street. Great views (50th floor!!) of the Brisbane river and cityscape.

The whole hotel had the worst foul smell.
Also there were cockroaches in the kitchen of my unit.

We had a fantastic stay at Oaks Aurora and would highly recommend it.
From the moment we arrived, we were looked after so well - Sharmaine at check-in was outstanding. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of her way to help us with any questions we had. We’ve stayed in many places, and her customer service was honestly some of the best we’ve experienced.
The room itself was exceptional, with stunning views of the river that really made our stay special.
Overall, a wonderful experience - great service, great room, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
