Horrendous 15 minutes.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing, we walked in checked in, were shown to our room and walked back out. It was awful & nothing like the pictures.

Cons:

It was dirty, dated, the rooms smelt like damp with a constant sound of running water coming out of a dirty bathroom. Have requested a full refund from booking.com we didn’t stay there and were in the property for approximately 15 minutes to know it was inadequate to stay.

Fine but a little depressing
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Weird smell in the room. Staff were fairly unhelpful. No place to plug the kettle or phone charge in without unplugging the fridge or light. Balcony light broken.

Lovely beautiful place,quite,access to pool all the time I wanted.Amazing garden and pond.Loved every minute of it!
Pros:

Very quiet beautiful place,pleasant atmosphere ,great pool,very friendly staff.

Cons:

In the evening little lizards crawled in some places outside ,in time I did get used to it.

WARNING DONT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL
Pros:

WARNING!!!!! WARNING!!! Never ever Stay at this hotel!!!! 8 am in the morning they decide to have drum band rehearsal. I called receiption and they said yes thats the way it is. I asked for the manager and the they said he is not in today. So if you are thinking to book this place JUST DONT!!! Disgusting and horrrible managed place!!

L’hôtel peut être mieux mais il n’est pas entretenu ! La piscine est sale , le service pas super réactif mais les balinais sont quand même toujours attentionnés et attendrissants!
C’est comme si cet hôtel se délabrait à petit feu !

Expedia booking showed free breakfast and reception desk agreed. However, I was later told I had to pay for breakfasts.

I was given mouldy towels and linen. When housekeeping changed them, reception told me I had to pay for cleaning of mouldy towels and linen.

Worst meal ever
Pros:

It took 2hrs for a piece of bread and some indistinguishable brown meat. Toilets had no toilet paper or hand towel and wee all over the floor. Staff were slow and were confused when we wanted to order food 🤨Drinks all came in the same Fanta bottle with no lids on, even the sofa water. Tomorrow is looking dubious 💩💩💩💩

Great budget accomodation
Pros:

I book this hotel via Airy. I'd say the room is great. King size bed, good wifi connection, sized pool & much area for sunbathing are what they provide. I can still have private ambience in this place though I see some people stay there. However, I'm not sure about the restaurant service they offer cause it seems there's no life there. It's close to small shops nearby, you can walk & there will be small restaurant as well.
