The staff is amazing, especially Barbie. She was very attentive from start to finish! Will def be back

Pretty good for the most part. My only complaint was that the pool was closed for a special event, which meant we couldn’t take advantage of it during our stay… would’ve been good to know ahead of booking.

We had a superb stay at the hotel.
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices.
Special thanks to the hotel staff Eddie, Barbie and Victoria for making our stay even more enjoyable than we could have imagined.

Hotel is a little bit old considering it is a luxury hotel comparing to other hotels nearby. if hotel staying includes the breakfast, that will made the staying much pleasant and completed experience.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Carrie from the front office was invaluable in helping us shape our itinerary. She showed an incomparable attention to detail in making sure that our experience was the best that it could be. I have never had such a high-caliber service at any resort or hotel anywhere. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Four Seasons Macao, we had a great—albeit brief—time in Macao.

We have a pleasant stay with our kids, room is warm & cozy, friendly staff and efficient response. Our girls got fever suddenly, the staff come to testing girl’s temperature and offer assistance.

I don’t like the entrance has to pass through DFS which is quite annoying with the sales ladies around

Had a wonderful time at Four Seasons Macau. What made the trip exceptional was Nana from Guest Relations team and her colleagues. After three weeks of travel she made us feel at home, any requests were resolved promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. She arranged a celebration cake for my father’s birthday which was very much appreciated. Housekeeping was also exceptional. We look forward to our next visit!

Peaceful and comfort hotel in the Cotai strip! Room is beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff are excellent and always look into detail!
Definitely my return listed hotel when visiting Macau!
