Un gioiello nel cuore di Heraklion

Bellissimo albergo, elegantemente arredato, in posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti dal porto, dai siti museali, dalla stazione centrale dei bus, dalle strade più belle con i migliori bar ristoranti. Eccellente la colazione che viene servita anche in un bellissimo dehors nel quale è possibile cenare. Personale estremamente qualificato, professionale e cortese. Camere e bagni accoglienti e belle, letti comodissimi, livelli di pulizia altissimi, come in tutto l’albergo del resto. Consigliatissimo.

Estadia perfeita em Creta!
Pros:

Ficamos muito feliz que guardaram a nossas malas enquanto preparavam nosso quarto. Inclusive, liberaram acesso ao quarto antes mesmo do horario do check in. A comunicação com o hotel através do app do Booking é perfeita! Outro ponto de destaque foi cuidarem das nossas malas após check out.

Cons:

Poderiam ter opção de receber um kit de cafe da manhã no quarto antes do horario ou na noite anterior. A ilha conta com diversos tours e todos começam muito cedo (é necessário sair antes do horario do cafe da manhã do hotel).
