Pros:

Great staff. Great breakfast. Perfect location for me. The car park did have many commercial vehicles parked within it, but there was still plenty of room for private cars at the rear of the hotel.

Brilliant quality for a bargain price!
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable and bathroom was to a very hugh standard. A real bargain find and will definitely be staying again!

Cons:

Appearance from the outside doesn’t do justice to the hotel within.

Minor improvements can make the stay comfortable.

The Wi-Fi connectivity still persists despite multiple guests complaints on hotel’s page.
My room was located immediately beyond two consecutive doors leading to the rooms corridor. Throughout the night, these doors repeatedly banged whenever they were opened or closed, causing significant noise and disturbing my sleep.

Woke in early hours
Pros:

It was clean it has a good sized lift for disabled people

Cons:

Being woke up at 3.30am and again at 3.44 am with a domestic argument and running up and down the 3rd floor. Shouting screaming swearing. The bed was uncomfortable made back issue worse and hurt hips.

Value for money
Pros:

Value for money. The staff are friendly and the location is very good. Close to supermarket and motorway for easy access to Birmingham and the citt. Beds are really big. Double beds are like king size. Rooms are cleaned promptly.

Cons:

The TVs need to be upgraded to smart TVs. So you can watch streaming services like Netflix, Prime and iPlayer on them. Windows and room door do not have child safety locks. Can be easily opened by little a kid. Had to move the wardrobe to block the door before sleeping

The breakfast.

Cons:

Didn't appreciate been woken up 3 times in night by screaming woman passing my door in early hours. Felt quite frightened and tired in morning. Nobody on desk to complain in morning, and when I come to leave.
