It was uncomfortably hot and an annoyance.
Pros:

The workout room and the location were good.

Cons:

Had to change rooms three times during the 4 night stay because the coolest the first 3 rooms got were around 74 degrees. The electronic card keys stopped working and had to be reset three times. The bathroom shower drained super slow.

Very nice facilities, exceptional staff and conveniently located for Downtown Indianapolis events.
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally nice and professional. The Club itself is beautiful and the rooms, while definitely older, are well maintained.

Cons:

The AC was not perfect but the windows opened enough to let cool air in. It was difficult to maintain a constant temperature while showering.

Not impressed.
Pros:

The history and historic aspects. Conveniently located.

Cons:

No AC. Our room was 78 degrees with no air Flow. We called twice to have it fixed. Went to a concert. Came back and still 78.

Very enjoyable and stress free!
Pros:

the hotel is gorgeous; enjoyed the fact that it wasn't too crowded with all the events going on in the city. The restaurants were convenient and had great service.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated and small. However the overall building and lobby area are gorgeous.

Wouldn’t stay there again

Lots of cool
Things inside building

Cons:

We couldn’t control the air , phone didn’t work to call for help with luggage to get a cart . Bed was not comfy but most of all . We had to pack our luggage up a flight of stairs . I have had back
Surgery . Took us walking down a back alley . Very ridiculous . Was not happy . Front entrance was not in working mode . 😖

Disappointed
Pros:

The location is wonderful. We had a great view. The building itself is in great shape to be as old as it is.

Cons:

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, our room was not ready until after 4 pm. Once we got to the room, the beds were smaller than expected, the walls are super thin, the air unit was not working as it should have, the bathroom door would not stay shut. One of the elevators was down. We used the valet service and had to enter the building through an alley and through the staff back door due to an event in the square.
