It was pleasant to stay at said location a few touch ups would have made it better.
Pros:

There was someone at the property 24/7 and staff was very helpful nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and there was extra towels in the room.

Cons:

A slight smell in the room it was only noticeable faintly however there was a styrofoam plate that was not properly disposed of from the previous stay that was a let down, the fridge had too much ice which meant it has not been properly cleaned in the last few days, again those were cosmetics. There was also the bathroom door that was slightly un-jammed

Pros:

Close to Wilmington airport. Staff welcomed us at 1:30 a.m. American Airlines pushed us back till.9:30 p.m. to get back to N.C. which was late.
The room offered a comfortable, clean room and bathroom. We slept till 8 a.m. and got breakfast. Yogurt, eggs and sausage were good.

Cons:

Only if stayed an extra day the pool to work.

Good for a cheap getaway but other hotels would have been better

Location was great lots of resturants around

Cons:

Room was alittle outdated, pool looked horrible, amd when i came to check in on a friday at 3pm which is check in time, i had to wait over 20 min to be seen by gentleman. Even had housekeeping keep coming out to the lobby to check on me and this gentlman tomd everyone he had to go check his phone. When he came into the hotel he didn't say hi, didnt say sorry nothing just asked for my id and got my room keys. No awknowledent for me waiting over 20 min to check in.

Absolutely filthy and unacceptable… never ever again
Cons:

The building itself is absolutely filthy and outdated/ran down, the elevator was broken, the pool was out of order and so ran down the water was green. The room itself reeked of smoke and mold, there were stains on the carpet and the blankets on the bed. The red chair in the room looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster it was so filthy. The worker that checked us in was rude when I asked to buy water bottle upon check in because we just got off a long flight told me I can’t and that “this is not the Hilton”
