השירות והדאגה של הצוות (ובמיוחד של אדל) היו מעל ומעבר למצופה.
כל הודעה או בקשה שלי נענתה במהירות וביעילות, עם רצון רב לעזור לי מכל הלב.
החדר שקיבלנו לא היה תואם לתמונות המקוריות של ההזמנה מכיוון ששדרגו אותנו לחדר משופץ.
העובדה ששמו לב לבקשתנו למיטה זוגית (ולא שתי מיטות מחוברות) ושיבצו אותנו בדיוק בחדר המתאים, הייתה משמעותית לנו מאוד, נתן הרגשה של בית מהרגע שנכנסנו.
החדר היה קטן אך מושלם, נקי ומסודר למופת, מרפסת עם נוף משגע לים, פשוט תענוג.
בנוסף, ביקשנו מהצוות כוסות יין ופותחן ובתגובה קיבלנו את הכול בתוספת בקבוק יין על חשבון הבית, וזו הייתה חוויה מקסימה ומרגשת.
התחלנו את האירוח בספא של המלון. היינו ראשונים, ועם זאת כבר החמאם הטורקי וסאונת המלח (שזה ייחודי לבית מלון) היו מחוממים ורק חיכו שנשתמש בהם. כמו כן, חייבת לציין שהעיסוי היה מאלף, פשוט חוויה מומלצת.
גג המלון מציע נוף מדהים לשקיעה שאסור לפספס.
המיקום של המלון מעולה, קרוב מאוד לים ובמרחק הליכה משפע של מסעדות ובתי קפה.
יתרון נוסף הוא שיש חניה בסמוך במחיר מוזל לאורחי המלון, מה שחוסך המון כאב ראש.

היו חסרים לנו ווים לתליית מגבות במקלחת
נחמד אם הייתה מראה באורך מלא, כדי שיהיה אפשר לראות את כל הגוף
ערכת קפה/ בחדר הייתה דלילה והיו חסרים לי תיונים של תה.
עם זאת יש אפשרות לשתות קפה בלובי ללא תוספת תשלום.
