Oven door handle broken
Location was extremely close to all amenities and an easy walk into surfers paradise and to the beach side markets. Staff were extremely helpful and always greeting us.
It was close to everything I needed without having to drive.
Quiet and peaceful

The location is wonderful and quiet. It is close to the centre of Surfer's Paradise but distant from the hustle and bustle. The pool and hot spa are great to relax in. The apartment had all we needed for our 3 week stay. The washing machine and dryer were much needed and worked well. We also cooked our own food mostly and the stove and oven were efficient. We were on the top floor and I loved opening the curtain and door each morning to welcome in the sunrise, morning fresh air and birdsong.
The info folder says that for longer stays, apartments are serviced every 9 days but this did not happen. We received new sheets and towels after 8 days but not again. I'm glad the washing machine and dryer were there. The unit and furniture is a bit old and worn and the tiled floor in our apartment was clean except under the fridge and behind the washing machine. I tried cleaning as far as I could reach. One of the kitchen chairs collapsed on us twice so we had to use a chair from the balcony because it was not replaced. Despite these little things, we still absolutely loved and appreciated our time here.

Unit floors had not been cleaned properly, blackened feet when walking barefoot, not good for motel unit.All extra or resupplies were charged for.
Stayed here every time we come to the Gold Coast.

The room wasn't clean when I checked in and had to get the cleaner to come in and clean it properly, the oven door is broken amd you can't use it. No tv in the bedroom either which should be. Didn't appreciate being asked to put my rubbish in the basement bins or to clean up the apartment before I checked out also. If you want to charge people the price you charge to stay there, you cannot expect your guests to clean up after themselves, they're on holiday. Nothing is mentioned about that when you book but there is a booklet like 5 pages long outlining everything they would like you to do because you are supposed to treat the unit like a rental property, not a hotel... don't charge hotel prices then.
