Chevron Island and could walk to surfers.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean when I checked in and had to get the cleaner to come in and clean it properly, the oven door is broken amd you can't use it. No tv in the bedroom either which should be. Didn't appreciate being asked to put my rubbish in the basement bins or to clean up the apartment before I checked out also. If you want to charge people the price you charge to stay there, you cannot expect your guests to clean up after themselves, they're on holiday. Nothing is mentioned about that when you book but there is a booklet like 5 pages long outlining everything they would like you to do because you are supposed to treat the unit like a rental property, not a hotel... don't charge hotel prices then.

Perfect one bedroom apartment
Pros:

My partner and I stayed here for two weeks and loved it, already book it for next time. Our one bedroom apartment had everything we needed (aside from tongs, but forks work the same). It was very clean, felt homey, and the street is so quiet that evenings were spent on the balcony listening to the birds and watching day turn to night with the Surfers sky line. Parking under the building was safe and secure, shops down the road were perfect, and the spa was very relaxing.

Pros:

I had thought walking the island and walking off the island in the evening would feel barren but it was super pleasant with many others walking. Center of the island has a cute village feel. My unit was surprisingly big if you add in the exterior space.

Cons:

The fridge in my unit was oversized so that compensated for any deficiencies. That's just me. Spa was a pleasant surprise with decent hours but my next accomodation had a bigger, brighter spa with lousy hours so that was a toss up.

Pros:

T.v. didn't work 😪 internet access dropped out all the time..no nothing in the room. But a jug beds very Plain. Doors bang all night long. Didn't get much sleep for the price $$$$$.no bang for the buck.$$$$$.

overall a great place to stay to save money by self catering - i would return if I needed to
Pros:

This place is a short walk from the bustle of main area of Surfer's Paradise. Quiet with everything I needed to cater for myself during a week business trip. Easy to check in and out. Extra bedding was provided for a quest for one night at no extra cost :)

Cons:

Some of the cooking utensils and frypan need replacing as the non-stick coating was burnt off.
Not a problem for me but there were only stairs, no lift.
