Pros:

I had thought walking the island and walking off the island in the evening would feel barren but it was super pleasant with many others walking. Center of the island has a cute village feel. My unit was surprisingly big if you add in the exterior space.

Cons:

The fridge in my unit was oversized so that compensated for any deficiencies. That's just me. Spa was a pleasant surprise with decent hours but my next accomodation had a bigger, brighter spa with lousy hours so that was a toss up.

Whilst the location and price was good, the units are badly in need of renovation.

Broken bathroom vanity, broken tiles in bathroom. Broken curtain rail in lounge, broken blind chain in kitchen.

Pros:

T.v. didn't work 😪 internet access dropped out all the time..no nothing in the room. But a jug beds very Plain. Doors bang all night long. Didn't get much sleep for the price $$$$$.no bang for the buck.$$$$$.

overall a great place to stay to save money by self catering - i would return if I needed to
Pros:

This place is a short walk from the bustle of main area of Surfer's Paradise. Quiet with everything I needed to cater for myself during a week business trip. Easy to check in and out. Extra bedding was provided for a quest for one night at no extra cost :)

Cons:

Some of the cooking utensils and frypan need replacing as the non-stick coating was burnt off.
Not a problem for me but there were only stairs, no lift.

Cons:

We didn’t even stay one night here in the end as when we arrived our room was completely different to the photos. We asked to be moved to the correct room and the manager Mani told us that this wasn’t possible as the room we had booked was fully booked. There was also mould on the ceiling fan

Apartment very poorly equipped. Missing Old and broken cooking appliances and utensils.
Old and run down. Needs a makeover

The location was good

Cons:

The longe was old and ripped. The balcony had a broken clothes line and broken pegs all over the tiles. There was an old awning on the balcony. Kitchen had insufficient cooking items eg no frypan or tongs. General cleaning not up to scratch with dirty wall and what appeared to someone’s blood on the bathroom vanity door which was also broken.

The location was good and it was cheap pool was nice bed was comfy air con was cold.

Cons:

The staff were unfriendly they even charge for toilet paper. The rooms were damaged and the bathroom was not in a good state.

Pros:

Nice quiet location with easy access to Surfers, good value for money.

Cons:

The room had a sofa bed advertised, however there was not one and staff did not assist - we had to go and get a blow up mattress ourselves. The shower door was also broken.
