Cons:

Our suite had a kitchen. There were 3 set of dishes, most of the plates were dirty. There were 2 pots, no pans, knives were dull, no sponge or kitchen rag for cleanup, no oil for cooking, no utensils for cooking on the stove top and no microwave until one was randomly brought in toward the end of our stay.

We never received or were asked if we wanted room service for linens/towels/trash during our 6 night stay. I began piling used towels and bagged trash outside our door and it stayed there often up to 24 hours before removal. When we asked the front for new towels, they were adamant the old ones be returned first when they had already been set outside the door and sometimes already picked up.

Breakfast selection was good. Staff often began putting the majority of food away as early as 9:05 when breakfast was set to end at 9:30, even with lots of guests in the breakfast area still.

Hot tub jets did not function properly.

A welcoming and friendly place to spend some time in Milwaukee.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, able to answer all my questions. The social was a nice touch. I loved that I had a little place for my family to grill and enjoy a meal. The suite was spacious. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice touch to have a full breakfast.

Cons:

Pool room was uncomfortably hot. We tried swimming, but the air was so hot and humid that we felt woozy. Coffee was pretty bad. It was fairly pricey, but maybe that was just because of the time of year.

Absolutely Awful Stay – Unsafe for Families and Terrible Management
Pros:

Our stay at this Staybridge Suites was an absolute nightmare. We checked into a dirty room, and to make matters worse, housekeeping never bothered to clean the room once during our entire stay. This is definitely not a great hotel for a family with small children trying to sleep. The noise levels were completely out of control. The guests in the room directly above ours were incredibly loud, and on another night, there was a massive, disruptive gathering out in the yard that kept everyone awake. When we brought these issues to the staff, hotel management completely refused to do anything about it. To top it all off, the General Manager, Vee Vee, was extremely rude and disrespectful when we tried to address our concerns. Save your money and take your family elsewhere—the lack of basic cleanliness, zero noise control, and hostile management make this place completely unacceptable.
