Absolutely Awful Stay – Unsafe for Families and Terrible Management
Pros:

Our stay at this Staybridge Suites was an absolute nightmare. We checked into a dirty room, and to make matters worse, housekeeping never bothered to clean the room once during our entire stay. This is definitely not a great hotel for a family with small children trying to sleep. The noise levels were completely out of control. The guests in the room directly above ours were incredibly loud, and on another night, there was a massive, disruptive gathering out in the yard that kept everyone awake. When we brought these issues to the staff, hotel management completely refused to do anything about it. To top it all off, the General Manager, Vee Vee, was extremely rude and disrespectful when we tried to address our concerns. Save your money and take your family elsewhere—the lack of basic cleanliness, zero noise control, and hostile management make this place completely unacceptable.

Pros:

Good breakfast, clean facilities as well as room and updated bathroom. Location was very good for us.

Cons:

King bed was "smallish" and lacked support. Seemed maybe that it was an older mattress.

Pros:

I stayed long term for business and this place is perfect. It’s fully equipped with a kitchen, utensils, dishware, etc.

Great service from all the employees, especially Jeremy and Vee Vee.

Breakfastand gappy hour was excellent, shout out to Tammy!

We were so comfortable our entire stay.
Pros:

The hotel was really nice! Facility was clean, breakfast was delicious and attendants were quick to replace any food that was running low. Our room was spacious and truly like a "home away from home".

Cons:

Our room was really warm despite turning the heat off. Only a minor complaint though!

I think there was a ghost in my room, cup flipped by itself, that was spooky.
7am and I can hear someone baby crying for 5mins in the hallway.

Not a chance I would stay at this property again - I do not like the scream of banshees as a lullaby

Nothing. There were very few options available to people who can't eat gluten and have to leave in a hurry to catch a flight. Seemed like it hardly lived up to the Marriott standard

Cons:

The seals on my bedroom window were cracked and the wind shrieked all night long. Not, "gee the wind is blowing outside" sounds. Not "I can hear the planes" sounds. Banshee screams. The sounds a window makes that is not properly installed and caulked. By the time I realized the sound wasn't going away I was far too tired to do anything about it. I had just finished 24+ hours of flights and all I wanted was to sleep.

When I mentioned it to the front desk, they said they didn't care. Wind happened. NOT up to Marriott's standard at all. I've been staying in the franchise longer than the people at the front desk have been breathing. Their disrespect and indifference to a customer's legitimate complaint was appalling.
