This time we had a terrible service at the restaurant. Nobody paid any attention to us . They were texting and if uou asked for something they forgot about it several times

The rooms, super old
No smart tv, they clean once in 3 days and very old and kind a dirty. Like the couch had some stains. And I did saw big lashes next to the bed ( clearly not mine or my boyfriend)

החדרים ישנים, נראים כמו אכסניה. וגם המיקום לא כזה מרכזי כמו שכולם אומרים. זה מרחק הליכה של לפחות חצי שעה מהרחוב הראשי.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It was dirty, scummy and needs substantial repairs and upgrades. It's also a condo hotel, which booking.com didn't disclose and this was deception and fraud, especially since I paid over $1,300 for two nights at this rate hole.

Joaquinn, was absolutely amazing. He made each and every one of my friends feel special and helped us celebrate a birthday!
Luis fue increíble. The hotel is super warm and welcoming.
Luis was very kind and helpful. Gave me some great suggestion on where to eat and hang out. Even greeted me with a glass of champagne 🍾
