Needs a upgrade
Pros:

Location close to all attractions. Breakfast was good. Coffee good. Gym was good. Pool was nice.

Cons:

The pillows on bed were uncomfortable. One elevator was out the whole time we were there and someone told me it was out for fiur weeks and the housekeeper told us it was out for a week. Had to wait longer to get from our room. The ac in our room had a smell like old feet. The shower doors were nice, but while taking a shower the doors would open and the water would go all over the floor.

Very happy overall.
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice assortment for breakfast.

Cons:

There wasn't a fan in the bathroom, which I found odd.

We love staying here
Pros:

The breakfast. The cute little coffee, tea, and hot chocolate setup. Staff was very friendly

Cons:

The pool had so much chlorine! There were actually soapy bubbles when you splashed. Not for me, but the kids loved it!

Everything you need to visit Mystic with kids to have convenience in one place.
Pros:

Room: Good space to sleep with a toddler, with a sink to clean your cooler. Sofa bed was comfy to chill for some time and watch TV.

Breakfast: it was very complete, with eggs, omelet, bagels and coffee included in the rate

Overall not a romantic place, but a very family accommodating place if traveling with small kids.

Cons:

I didn't like that one elevator was not functioning and we didn't to wait a bit to get on the elevator, and that the system was down when I arrived at the property.

But, these were minor details given that in perspective these minor details did not disrupt our stay in any meaningful way.

Pros:

Great location for us. Room was clean and decorated decently. Bed was awesome, mattress, sheets, pillows fantastic. The climate control in the room worked great. Very quiet there and.no Guests slammed their door coming or going.

Cons:

The television lineup stinks. Most reading this probably have a Netflix account, I do not. Without an account Makes watching television painful.
