Multiple reviews mention 'chambre propre' and 'room was immaculate', though a few note bad odour in one room; overall cleanliness is commonly praised.
Service
8.2
Numerous comments praise the staff (warm, professional, Christine singled out) and helpful check-in; isolated negative report about being refused service/payment and an accessibility issue lowers the score slightly.

8
Several reviews praise the location (near shops, E. Leclerc, easy access, secure parking) while a few mention it can be a 35-minute walk to town or hard to find without better signage.
Room Quality
6.8
Mixed feedback: comfortable beds and generally clean rooms but frequent complaints about very small bathrooms/showers and some cramped rooms/toilets.
Amenities
6.9
Air conditioning is often noted (positive when working) but there are explicit reports of inefficient AC and a squeaky bathroom door; parking is secure which is a positive amenity.

8.5
Multiple reviewers describe the hotel as good value or 'great budget stay' and note good quality/price balance.

Breakfast is described as plentiful and good by several guests, though there are isolated issues (restaurant closed early, missed breakfasts) that reduce the score slightly.

Un mangnifique séjour
Pros:
