הבריכה ממש קטנה...
מדיניות ה- house keeping לא מספקת! המגבות היו בלויות ונאלצנו לבקש החלפה. מגבות לבריכה - לפי הנוהל בתשלום... (לבסוף לא גבו מאיתנו כי כשביקשנו לא אמרו לנו שזה בתשלום).

בריכה גדולה פתוחה עד שעות מאוחרות, חדר מרוהט יפה ומאובזר באופן מלא. יש למלון מכונת כביסה ומיבש נוחים (בתשלום), חדר משחקים פתוח לילדים.
בשורה התחתונה - המלון היה מותאם לשומרי שבת, במלון מסעדה כשרה, שאיננה קשורה למלון , שפתוחה לארוחות שבת, בהזמנה מראש. וגם מתקימים שם תפילות.

Cons:

היתה הבטחה מוחלטת שלמלון יש סידור שבת מלא. בפועל ניסו למנוע פתיחת דלתות קבועה בין שני המבנים שיש ביניהם פתיחת דלתות אוטומטית, ממש לפני שבת, ורק אחרי תלונות וטלפונים של הרגע האחרון העינין סודר. גם לא ראוי לדרוש 10 יורו למפתח לשבת.

Świetny pobyt
Pros:

Bardzo dobrze zorganizowane wyposażenie kuchni, wygodne łóżka, dwie łazienki w apartamencie czyste i dobrze wyposażone, lokalizacja rewelacja, infrastruktura terenowa świetna dla dzieci.

Die Lage ist toll am Berg, man sieht die Dachstein-Bergstation.
Das Hallenbad ist sehr schön, saunen ist möglich.
Busanbindung sehr gut.

Cons:

Aber keine Sommercard inklusive.
Das Restaurant im AlpineClubResort ist überteuert. Z.B. eine Portion Pommes 7,9 €.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, leider jedoch ohne Aussicht auf die Berge.
Pros:

Die Wohnung war sehr groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer, wobei eines davon sehr klein war. Für kleine Kinder ist es jedoch gut geeignet, da man dort praktisch nicht aus dem Bett fallen kann. Außerdem verfügte die Wohnung über zwei Balkone.

Die Wohnung befand sich in der ersten Etage, leider auf der Gebäudeseite mit kaum Aussicht – man blickte lediglich auf ein Stück Wald und eine Rasenfläche. Von der anderen Seite der Anlage aus konnte man hingegen das wunderschöne Bergpanorama genießen.

Beim Check-in musste eine Kaution in Höhe von 100 € hinterlegt werden. Die Rückgabe dauerte etwas, da das Apartment zunächst überprüft werden musste; insgesamt etwa 30 Minuten.

Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

קיבלנו חדר לעורף - בלי נוף בכלל. לא היה ניתן לפתוח חלון בגלל מעופפים רבים שהיו בחוץ והחדר היה ללא מיזוג אויר.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge. Der Indoorpool ist grossartug nach einer Wanderung bzw als Schlechtwetterprogramm.

Cons:

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon einmal da. Damals war das Apartment allerdings viel besser. Diesmal waren wir im Nebengebäude in einer deutlich kleineren Ferienwohnung, was wirklich sehr beengend war. Man kam neben dem Esstisch seitlich kaum vorbei um in die Zimmer zu gelangen, ausser man schob den Tisch ganz an die Küchenzeile heran, wodurch ein zeitgleiches Kochen dann nicht möglich war. Wir waren zu fünft und das 3. "Schlafzimmer" hatte nicht einmal eine Tür (vermutlich aus Platzgründen).
Das Personal war zwar freundlich, wirkte jedoch einige Male überfordert. Die Gebäckbestellung für das Frühstück am Folgetag ist ein tolles Service, allerdings nur, wenn tatsächlich die bestellten Brotsorten kommen, was nicht immer der Fall war (und spontan nicht korrigiert werden konnte).
