Przyjemny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Przytulny cichy pokój z wygodnymi łóżkami i dwiema poduszkami (cenne!) Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, świetna komunikacja z centrum Budapesztu. Spory wybór produktów na śniadanie. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu na recepcji przed zameldowaniem / po wymeldowaniu.

Cons:

Dość zimna woda w basenie i szlafroki za opłatą. Nie uzupełniano herbaty w pokoju. Przy pobycie na dwie noce nie było sprzątania. Przydałoby się więcej owoców na śniadanie.

Great place but can be better
Pros:

In general I like the hotel, it is in a good location and the facilities are decent, e.g., a big swimming pool.

Cons:

During our stay, we brought our own cutlery, but the cleaning staff didn't know that and have taken and thrown some of them away, that is not a pleasant experience.

Rendkívül kiégett személyzet akit pont nem érdekelt hogy veled éppen mi van, a szaunát hatvanhét fokon tartották elsőnek azt hittük ez csak egy vicc de kiderült hogy a magasabb hőfokra tekeri akkor ráz! 😂😂😂 amikor ki jelentkeztünk senkit nem érdekelt hogy hogy érkeztünk magunkat csak közölték hogy végeztünk lehet menni, utoljára az egyetemen beszéltek így velem

Absolut enttäuschendes 3* Hotel und niemals 4*
Pros:

Das Abendessen schmeckt ganz gut

Cons:

Das ist definitiv kein 4* Hotel!
Es wird überall massiv gespart und das merkt man leider sehr.
*) Der rechte Aufzug ist immer wieder defekt
*) Der Pool hat max 22C
*) Der Spa-Bereich ist relativ schmutzig da selten geputzt wird
*) Die Zimmer werden erst nach 3 Tagen (!!!) gereinigt - begründet wird dies mit Sustainability etc aber es geht drum zu sparen
*) Wenn man nicht aktiv den door-hanger raushängt, wird das Zimmer weder gereinigt noch Handtücher nachgelegt. Nicht mal Toilettenpapier wird nachgelegt. Nichts.
*) Die Zimmer sind alt, die Fenster sehr alt
*) Bademantel für das SPa kostet 5 eur extra
*) Hotelgarage 25 eur pro Tag obwohl man vor der Tür am Wochenende gratis parken kann
*) Das Frühstücksbuffet hat weder grünen Tee noch Obstsalat.Sowas hatten wir in einem angeblichen 4*Hotel noch nie .
*) Beim Frühstück ist zu wenig Personal - dementsprechend gehetut sind die wenigen Kellner
*) Kaffee ist aus dem - schlechten - Automaten
*) Säfte sind ebenfalls aus dem - schlechten - Automaten und reines Konzentrat
*) Das ganze Frühstück wirkt billig, lieblos und ungesund
