La chambre était spacieuse et propre
Bien que l’hôtel soit vieux ils essayent vraiment de le garder propre et en bon état.
Piscine propre.

נורא ואיום, שירות לוקה בחסר, עובדים לא נעימים, לעולם לא נחזור למלון רמדה בירושלים
חוויה גרועה ביותר !!!!

שירות על הפנים, אין עם מי לדבר , אף אחד לא יודע לבדוק כלום במחשב
לא ראו בכלל את ההזמנה
ביקשו מאיתנו לשלם שוב פעם לא ראו בכלל ששילמנו

It did the job
Cons:

I could have expected when I leave something in the room, it should be returned to me and not taken by the staff. I would like to mention that as soon as the staff of the hotel was made aware of the problem, they worked very hard to locate my item, and ultimately they were able to locate it and return it to me. Very much appreciated.
