דלתות נטרקות בלי הפסקה. כל טריקה וכל רעש מחדר ברדיוס של קומה נשמע בעוצמה.
ריח ביוב מהמקלחות. אין מברשת אסלה בשירותים.
אוכל נוראי. לא טרי. חדר אוכל מטונף. קירות מטונפים. שולחנות וכסאות. אין שום הצדקה לאמץ לכלוך כזו. מעליות עמוסות. אין חניה. גם לא מסביב.

כל השקעים שבורים,בחוץ. תור להיכנס לחדר אוכל,מעליות לא עובדות באופן סדיר,בקבלה חיכינו חצי שעה (סה"כ משפחה אחת היתה לפנינו בקבלה),היו שמועות שחולדה נמצאה בלילה בבריכה ולכן לא נכנסנו לבריכה. מלון גדול אבל לא ערוך לכמות גדולה של אורחים.

לצערי, החוויה שלנו במקום הייתה מזעזעת ומאכזבת מאוד, ובטח שלא תואמת את רמת השירות שמצופה ממקום אירוח.

כבר כשהגענו מאוחר בלילה התחילו הבעיות — לא מצאנו חניה ולא פתחו לנו את השער, כך שנאלצנו להסתדר לבד בשעה מאוחרת, בלי מענה או עזרה ראויה מצד המקום.

גם במהלך השהייה השירות היה גרוע. ביקשנו בסך הכול מים לחדר ונאמר לנו שאי אפשר להביא — בקשה בסיסית לחלוטין בעיניי במקום שמארח אורחים.

מעבר לכך, המקלחת בחדר הייתה מלוכלכת ולא הרגישה כאילו נוקתה כמו שצריך לפני שהגענו. לאורך השהייה סבלנו מרעש של טריקות דלתות, כך שגם לנוח בשקט היה קשה.

נושא המעליות היה פשוט בלתי נסבל — זמני המתנה ארוכים מאוד, לעיתים כמעט חצי שעה עד שמעלית הגיעה.

בסופו של דבר, במקום להגיע, לנוח וליהנות מהאירוח, מצאנו את עצמנו מתמודדים עם חוסר ניקיון, רעש, בעיות חניה, זמני המתנה מוגזמים ושירות שלא נתן מענה אפילו לדברים הבסיסיים ביותר.

חוויה מאוד לא נעימה ומאכזבת. לא ממליצה ובהחלט לא אחזור להתארח במקום.

יחס מחפיר ומעליב, שימוש במילות לא מכבדות כמו, צ'חצ'חים מאנשי הצוות, פינוי מהבריכה, שטח המדשאות והגינה הציבורית והגן שעשועים ב 17:00 בגלל אירוע , פינוי מהבריכה ב 10:00 בבוקר בגלל חולדה שהייתה במים, זלזול מפקידי הקבלה וחוסר איפתיה, סימפטיה ואנושות בשל תלונה על הבריכה, אין חניה, קנינו ציפס בלי קטשופ, מחירים יקרים בלובי המלון- פוקצה ב 39 שח, פסטה ב 78 שח. הירקות בחדר האוכל לא היו טריים, אני צליאקית ולא קיבלתי מענה למאכלים ללא גלוטן . בקיצור, חוויה לא נעימה, לא ממליצה כלל
