Fabulous stay, see you the same time next year.

Excellent stay, clean and well maintained. Staff were excellent, and we were treated very well.

The restaurant was quite pricy as well as the drinks, even for this level of hotel.

Hotel itself was not bad

Clean, food was good, stuff were great.

Cons:

The place could do with sound proofing as the noise till the am’s is unbearable. Aircon was also not adjustable in our room.

Pros:

The breakfast service was terrible. Everything was empty. I waited for over 20 minutes for refills, which never came through. I was late for my meeting after waiting for breakfast, which never came through. Terrible service. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. The TV in the room had no good channels, the smart aspects of the TV were not working (Netflix, YouTube, etc.). Unbelievable for a hotel of this standard! BON Hotel Richards Bay is not recommended until I hear something different!

Relaxing on body and mind by the beautiful view and staff
Pros:

The staff was so pleasant. The food tasted amazing and the look showed that the staff had passion for preparing and delivering that great food. From the reception to waiters to everyone we encountered was absolutely pleasant.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

Everything. from the friendly guards as you enter, to the warm welcome at reception. the rooms are exceptional and anything you need is one call away. the best room service experience, with some of the tastiest meals.

Cons:

not so much a dislike, but maybe a nice to have, would be a microwave in the room. but knowing how helpful the staff are at Bon, i am sure someone would gladly to assist if i asked. just a headsup, it is next to a lounge that does have events on weekends, so sometimes loud music can be heard.
