Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr hilfsbereit. Da es ein historisches Hotel ist, sind es sehr alte Möbel .
Das historische Bad, hatte eine tiefe Badewanne, kann für ältere Personen oder Leute mit Gehbehinderung schwierig werden.Leider liegt der Highway zwischen dem Strand und Hotel - war uns nicht bewusst sieht man nicht aus dem Zimmer

Valet parking cost
Loved the ocean views, roof top pool, roof top bar, & the customer service was phenomenal. Would recommend to anyone looking to travel to Santa Monica and be within walking distance to the pier, beach, & our favourite restaurant Elephante!
There was no room service and the breakfast acfe in the hotel seemed a bit overpriced. Overnight oats & a omelette for almost $60CAD. To be expected from Santa Monica but seemed a bit steep. Also wished there was room service to make things a bit more convenient.
Super good location in easy walking distance from the center and the Santa Monica pier. The hotel let us borrow bikes for free and we did a little bike tour until Venice beach which was very nice. The receptionists were all very kind and let us do a late check out on our departure day. They gave us super good food recommendations for the area. The swimming pool was also a highlight.
The rooms needed a bit of a modernization. The furniture, windows, etc were a bit old. But the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Tiszta és szép szoba (apple tv-vel felszerelve), takarítószemélyzet nagyon jó munkát végzett. A recepciósok nagyon naprakészek, rendesek. A medence és a konditerem is kiváló volt. Mindig fogadtak amikor visszaértem a szállóba. A reggeli is nagyon finom, és a baristák is rendesek.
A rooftop bár kicsit drága, és a személyzet nem volt kedves ott.
It was a nice place to stay, clean and well preserved. They allowed you to check in earlier if the room was ready. If not, you could leave your luggage and get a temporary access card to all amenities. When the room was ready, luggage was already there.
There were no glasses in the room, or kettle to make tea/coffee. The coffee place in the hotel opens at 7 am.
The drinking water was only in the lobby, we didn’t notice it at the beginning. On our floor, we didn’t have anything to refill bottles, and no water was in the room. The mini fridge was not filled either. That was inconvenient, especially for the first night.
Amazing hotel with ocean views and really nice pool area. The staff were very hospitable as well. Thank you for an incredible stay.

Shower wasn’t accommodating and bathtub was dangerous to go in and out.
Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our stay. The pool was extremely small and crowded, so we couldn’t use it comfortably. Everyone was practically on top of each other.
There was also a bad smell coming from the bathroom in our room, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, there wasn’t even a hair dryer in the room, which was quite inconvenient.
Overall, we expected a much better experience and were disappointed with these issues.
Staff were fantastic, couldn't do enough for us. Found my sons hat after we left it in a hire car. Wish i had all your names
