Pros:

The hotel was clean, quiet, perfect location. friendly staff, the breakfast was very good and the prices were competitive. Specially the female employee at the pool was really hardworking, so kind and service-minded and everything was really perfect. We will definitely come back

Pros:

Beautiful location, easy walk to pier and to Promenade. Loved the complementary bikes to explore beachfront both north and south along Venice Beach. Perfect pool retreat for down time.

Staff were all EXCEPTIONAL. By far best service throughout our 4 week USA trip. Thank you!

Pleasant stay, and staff were excellent, but extremely overpriced.
Pros:

Location and staff were excellent.

Cons:

Bathroom on upgraded room was directly onto the communal walkway leaving very little privacy so asked to be moved to the standard of room I had booked.
Bathtub was so high it would be difficult to get into the shower if you were not fit. Thankfully I managed it. Bathroom itself needed a bit of a refresh (tiles and grout). The door safety catch was hanging off.

Excellent hotel and staff!
Pros:

The views were stunning, the pool was looking very good and a very good location around the Santa Monica area. The staff was very kind and friendly! From reception to pool area staff.

Cons:

Everything was very good! Maybe more chairs around the rooftop, if I really must say something but everything was great!!

Weather was great for the activities we planned.
Pros:

Location was great, really don’t need a rental car if you’re just doing beaches and local events but we had plans to visit Disney and other beaches.

Cons:

Although staff was nice, I had the unfortunate experience of leaving my wallet behind near the pool area in the evening and was not returned. This leads me to believe that staff cannot be trusted if you leave something of value behind because it won’t be returned.
