Great stay, friendly and helpful staff. Pool was excellent.
Pros:

The rooms very spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable.
The pool was fabulous, we all loved it.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t really like.
The rooms were quite business like and the hotel sits on its own so need a Grab to the town, but it was all good.
Pool needed more beds with shade.

Coming from the Sepilok area is great place to relax, needs updating.
Pros:

I think it has a great pool for kids and good food, rooms are big.

Cons:

It’s dated, maybe lacks some maintainable and updating of the furniture. Pool towels smell humid.

Cons:

L’hôtel est assez éloigné du centre, les restaurants au sein de l’hôtel ne sont pas les meilleurs mais ils dépannent.

The pool area was fantastic. Kids loved it especially the water slide.

Cons:

The food is average. Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner menus are limited with lots of fried food.

Ruim hotel met mooi zwembad.
Pros:

Mooi zwembad en omgeving.
Hoewel het hotel een opknapbeurt nodig heeft was er alles zeer netjes.
Kamers werden vernieuwd, badkamer niet. Het hotel heeft een jaren 60 stijl.

Cons:

Ontbijt viel wat tegen. Enkel toastbrood. Geen kaas of ham. 1 soort confituur.

Pros:

Hotel ma już swoje lata, ale nadal jest w porządku, obsługa bardzo fajna, miła, uprzejma, pomocna, ręczniki czyste, pokój czysty. Basen klimatyczny wśród palm. Jedzenie smaczne.

Cons:

Mieliśmy pokój z balkonem, minus za czystość na balkonie. Obsługa powinna reagować i zakazać jedzenia i picia w basenie, byliśmy w hotelu 5 dni, i wszystko było super, niestety ostatniego dnia przyjechało do hotelu stado dzikich australijczykow (nie mylić z aborygenami), brudni wchodzili do basenu, jedli i pili w basenie, nie mówiąc ze nie wychodzili w ogóle z niego .... nasze dziecko z tego powodu sie pochorowało i załapało baterię E. Coli, więc podróż do Semporny mielismy koszmarną.

Wonderful pool, clean and lovely staff!
Pros:

Great staff! Wonderful pool! Good breakfast! Some of the other reviews seem to undersell this place. It’s not a super modern day hotel but they’ve made some modest improvements and the hotel is a great option comparatively to others in the area.

Cons:

It was pricier than other options.

Pros:

Room pool and massage centre

Cons:

No fresh cooked eggs/omlete/pancakes for breakfast. No veges for dinner was mainly meat. Toilet kept filling with water. They came to check it and said to hold button down longer but didn't make much difference

Comfortable room, good size pool. Location close to airport and also within easy reach of main local attractions.

Pros:

I have booked this place on school holiday so my kids can play at the pool, they provide towel at the pool. The breakfast was good. The stay was never enough. Next time i want to do sauna and gym too

Cons:

One of the lift not really fuction this time. What if someone stuck in there, it must be scary.
