The Regent Grand

The hotel’s location is great, near shopping and restaurants. The beach is beautiful. The service is attentive and polite. However, we had a huge hot water problem, with low pressure, too hot, or too cold water. Construction on the main walkway to the beach access required us to walk through scaffolding.

We recently spent Memorial Day weekend at the Regent Grand in Turks and Caicos, and I can't say enough good things about it. The hotel was immaculate and beautifully maintained, which made the entire experience feel so relaxing and comfortable. The staff was just fantastic, especially Franklin, who went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of at both the beach and the pool.
The location is ideal, too; there’s a charming little village right next door where you can grab a delicious breakfast or enjoy a meal any time of day. The view of the Caribbean Sea is stunning, and overall it was just the perfect getaway. I highly recommend staying at the Regent Grand if you're heading to Turks and Caicos.

Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet beautiful setting on Grace Bay. Probably not the best place for kids as there is not a lot to do and there are other places that are better choices. But for us, an older couple, it was . We had room 109 which is first floor with a big outdoor area and an even bigger patio leading out to the lawn. You can see the water, but not the beach. It is right on the other side of beautiful flowering shrubbery. All the staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. There is no restaurant on the property. So factor that in. We like to stay nice places, but then are fine Just getting grocery food for the most part. The grocery store is within an easy walking distance. There are a number of restaurants also within easy walking distance. The room is a very good size condo style with a full kitchen. I believe each of the units is individually owned. So assume they are all decorated differently. This was very calm and peaceful, which is what we were looking for. There is a beautiful pool, which was empty of people most of the time. when we sat out by the beach there were only ever a few people near us. We even saw a dolphin one day right close to the shore. If you are looking for a lot of activities on premises, this is probably not the place though they do have tennis Pickleball courts and a gym. And I think a spa but we didn’t use that. Beautiful landscaping and two thumbs up overall for what we wanted!

Beautiful location, Regent Grand is a high end resort. The architecture, sizes of the rooms and upscale furnishing and in particular the cordial, courteous and knowledgeable staff. The staff makes it a truly pampered and relaxing vacation.

The perfect quiet getaway! All the staff was so attentive to making sure everyone was taken care of. From the moment we arrived, Lorraine was so friendly and all the men at the pool were wonderful. The pool guys would nonstop clean the area, bring you towels, get you drinks and help you carry anything you needed to the beach. John would walk around with cold waters all day. The staff made this place truly wonderful. The hotel itself is very quiet and the pool was so beautiful. Great walking location to the beach, restaurants, and shops

Location and environment

This is our second stay the The Regent Grand and it simply does not disappoint. From lush beautiful and well maintained grounds to the most stunning pool on the island- the staff, rooms and beaches here are superior to any expectation!

Lorraine is the most helpful staff member, quickly becoming your friend! Every single staff greets with a smile and gentle chat. They help with island suggestions and genuinely take interest in your comfort.

Welcomes with a cool drink and and refreshing cloth- you wipe the “real world” away and are transported into the tranquil beauty of the island.

The rooms are spacious and kept clean and the beaches front is arguably the best in Grace Bay.

We look forward to returning with our daughter next year and for many years to come. A true paradise with 5 star service- walkable to dozens of shops, cafes and restaurants.

We could not have had a better experience at the Regent Grand. The atmosphere, the location, and the service were absolutely perfect. We would not hesitate to recommend this resort to any couple looking for a romantic getaway.

We had an incredible experience

This was my first time in Turks and Caicos and we did a lot of research into resorts with three bedrooms, three baths (we were four adults, one child) that wouldn't break the bank - this one was chosen and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. If there were more stars available, I would give them.
First of all, the unit itself is incredibly spacious, well appointed, and clean, with a beautiful patio overlooking the ocean. Ample seating for everyone. Loved sitting out there with coffee or a cocktail, depending on time of day!
For those who have been to Grace Bay before, the beauty of the beach and the water are unsurpassed, but there are a few things that set the Regent Grand apart.
First of all, customer service. This is my 9th Caribbean island and I have never received such attentive service from staff. Everyone is so friendly and goes out of their way to make the resort spotless and your time there incredible. For example, during a pop up storm one afternoon, the attendant hung our beach bag up on the umbrella so as to not get anything wet .... unbelievable!
The overall vibe of the place - super low-key, no music blaring. Super relaxing, spa-like atmosphere of a true boutique hotel.
Tennis and pickleball - we are big tennis fans and played daily. They offer pickleball nets and lines too for those who play and even offer equipment! The court is protected from the wind, which was a factor the first few days we were there.
Walkable to anything you might need, including a major grocery store. So lots of restaurants, nightlife, etc., within easy walking distance.
Pool - amazing with a great hot tub. The first few days of our stay were windy, so we opted for pool, which is protected and enjoyed ourselves immensely. There is poolside drink and food service, also.
Front desk - they can arrange everything for you, with a huge smile. Make everything easy and with no hassle or problems.
A gas grill would have been nice, but other than that, I cannot think of one thing that was not seamless and wonderful. We just got back last night, and already planning our trip there next year!

Great trip. My husband and I have been visiting the Regent Grand for over 15 years. We love it. It is our second home.

Stayed for 8 nights over Easter 2026 with the family in a stunning 2 bedroom ocean/beachfront suite with fabulous views along the stunning Grace Bay beach and aqua blue shores.
The overall experience was truly exceptional from location and easy access to local amenities. We resided in a stunning modern 2 bedroom suite, received impeccable service from front of house , pool bar right through to cleaning and helpful beach attendants - service levels that were faultless and always with a smile.
The hotel was nothing short of superb throughout and more than made our stay a happy one. It Is ideal for families with a great pool and easy beach access. We travelled as a family of four including two teenagers who equally loved everything about the resort.
We were delighted with our choice and would highly recommend to any traveler wanting to experience the serenity and beauty of Grace Bay. It is our 3rd time in the Turks & Caicos Islands, and it is most certainly our happy place.

If you are seeking some peace & quiet with oceanfront accommodations that is walkable to shops and restaurants, The Regent Grand is the place for you! The staff is more than accommodating, the pool is amazing and you never have to worry about getting a spot on the beach!! Maybe the best location on Grace Bay too!

What a wonderful hotel, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The beach is lovely, sun loungers with towels and umbrella's all set out each morning ready for the day, Franklin takes such pride in his job. Pool is beautiful with easy access to enter it with a sloped floor to walk on, no step ladders to bother with. The little bar has some delicious drinks and a limited food menu but is only open for a few hours per day. Hotel is located central to town, restaurants and shops a 3 minute walk. The only downside to our trip is the king size bed in #404, it is so noisy, it creaks and groans every time you move which prevented me from having a decent nights sleep. I did mention it to the front desk but did not get the issue resolved. It's obvious the mattress needs replacing and the screws on the frame need to be tightened. The rest of the apartment was fine, kitchen well stocked with pots, pans & dishes, washer/dryer is brand new & housekeeping bring plenty of towels each day and tidy up. I would return to Regent Grand but hopefully it will have a quieter bed for me next time in a different unit.

My daughter and I stayed at the Regent Grand from March 14 to March 21 in room 208. We had to book through a travel site because the hotel was fully booked. Our stay was magnificent; the beach, hotel bar, and all the staff were wonderful, making everything exceptional. Although the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, there are at least ten world-class restaurants within a mile. We have visited the island at least ten times, and it gets my vote for the best destination when you consider everything.
