Las instalaciones muy bonitas y conservadas.
Para entrar, es complicado si viene una persona mayor o alguien en silla de ruedas porque la rampa está demasiado empinada, aunque como es de piedra, no resbala.
Un hotel muy icónico por su historia. La atención del personal es muy bueno. Bonita vista.
El desayuno, nada extra ordinario me pareció excesivamente caro. La alberca es pequeña. La tele no funcionaba. Siento que para el costo elevado de la estancia les faltó tener un plus.

Nuestra estancia, demasiado breve
Memorable: beautiful architecture & art pieces everywhere in hotel; swimming pool; spa service (excellent massage); accommodating friendly staff; good food in restaurant; accepting of pesos or US dollars; knowledgeable bar staff; many English speaking staff; pump bottle liquid bath amenities (no excessive plastic); small standing balcony outside room; quiet church bell time at night.
Didn't care for: loud children running & screaming in courtyard outside of our room at night; carnival music & very loud noise from nearby park (until 11pm); fabric ottoman bench seat very stained (had to cover with towel); fabric headboard discolored from many heads leaning against; a regular chair for shoe removal (yes, I'm old); the use of plastic water bottles.
