Pros:

The location was brilliant, but the staff were what really made our stay. Samantha, Rosa and the entire breakfast team were absolutely fantastic — so warm, welcoming and genuinely hospitable. Starting each morning with them was such a lovely part of our stay and always put us in a good mood.

Pros:

Hotel Plaza exceeded my expectations. It is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the rooftop bar and pool. The atmosphere up there is magical!
The location is also very convenient, and the staff we encountered made our stay very pleasant. If we'll come back to Sorrento, we're definitely coming back to Hotel Plaza!

Best hotel, best staff!
Pros:

Hotel Plaza was one of the best hotels we stayed at. The staff in the hotel were amazing, they were great in the lead up to the stay and they helped us with every query we had. The breakfast at the property was everything we needed, and more! The rooftop bar had great bar staff, the food was amazing and the pool was great! We'll definitely be back!

Cons:

There weren't many sun loungers by the pool, but we were always able to find one.

Pros:

Cons:
