Great location and very comfortable hotel
Pros:

Great location, staff were very helpful even offering us breakfast boxes as we checked out at 5:30am. Sky bar and lobby bar were lots of fun.

Lovely hotel with very welcoming and genuinely nice staff
Pros:

Breakfast was great, a good choice. I really like the location when staying in Sorrento as close to the Piazza and easy for the train station and beach platforms and port. My fourth stay here and this time I brought my 17 year old Grandson, he loved it.

Cons:

I think charging for omelette, fired or poached eggs is a little cheeky. Pre-covid you used to have a happy hour on the Sky Terrace for hotel guests which is no more.

Mooi en trendy gerenoveerd hotel maar absolute noodzaak om nog parasols te voorzien aan het zwembad.
Pros:

Algemene indruk is zeer goed. Heel proper, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt en mooi interieur.

Cons:

Absoluut minpunt is dat er geen parasols aan het zwembadgedeelte staan. Aangezien het bloedheet is in de zomermaanden is het onmogelijk om daar dus een tal uren te genieten. Er staan enkel 3 parasols aan de rooftop bar maar die wilden ze niet verplaatsen naar de ligzetels aan het zwembad.

Would 100% stay here! again
Pros:

The hotel was in such a perfect location! The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly! Would 100% stay there again. We loved the rooftop bar at night, was a great vibe and the views were great! There is also a great pizza place opposite that does takeaways. The location is in the square and amongst many lovely places for drinks but no noise can be heard from the hotel, it is peaceful and quiet.

Spectacular stay. The staff here are amazing
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff, location and rooms are simply wonderful. Right in the heart of the action but somehow so quiet and peaceful. Most comfortable bed. So happy I chose this hotel for my holiday.

The location and the pool were the most convenient. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is worth it

Cons:

Our room had a a banging noise inside the wall, maybe a pipe or something from the air conditioning unit. Since we were not really in the room and I sleep with ear plugs it didn’t bother us. I let the front staff know about it since the next person checking in might have a problem. The were apologetic and said they will look into it.

Localização, conforto e atendimento espetaculares!

Tudo excelente, novíssimo, localização perfeita, perto de tudo, staff esucado e atencioso. Tem um sky bar para ver o por-do-sol que é simplesmente imperdível. Recomendo muito a hospedagem. Esperava um bom hotel mas este é maravilhoso.
