A very good hotel close to the centre of Sorrento.
Pros:

Excellent location! Very close to the train and bus station as well as to the centre- all within 5-10 min walk.
Very helpful staff at reception and always see people with a great smile!

Cons:

I feel it is a bit over priced.

It was the perfect hotel to stay at, clean Friendly safe environment, and the staff was very helpful.
Pros:

Great location, staff very helpful, very clean!! It was my daughter’s 25th bday and our first day at their amazing breakfast which was included, they brought her a cake and sang happy birthday. We were shocked and extremely happy. They set up car service and fabulous reservations that we were not able to make ourselves. I would highly recommend the plaza hotel in Sorrento!

Pros:

Hotel is newly refurbished. Great smell begining from the hall. Staff is very tentive. Breakfest is very solid. Great choice of cheese and fruit. In my opinion, the best possible position in Sorrento. Very comfy beds. I would definitely come back

Great location. Really friendly and helpful staff. Pool and Sky bar lovely.
Pros:

Excellent. Lots of choice. All the staff Reawere really helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect for the town, bus station and railway station. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff, good size modern room with small balcony overlooking the street. Cleaned every day, extra towels offered every evening. Very nice breakfast with lots of options. Great sky bar and pool area although small is very relaxing and offers a beautiful ocean view.
