Just a great overall experience

Had dinner last night at the Coast kitchen and Bar at the Hilton Garden Inn Westshore in Tampa. It was very, very good. I was surprised since hotel restaurants are typically run of the mill, but the Coast was not. I had the chicken tacos with a Cesar salad. The lettuce was fresh and crisp with a good amount of dressing but not too much. The grilled chicken tacos were flavorful and very tasty. There was a substantial amount of chicken in each taco, along with avacado, a tasty slaw and chipotle crema. Also the limes were full of juice which made the tacos even more tasty. The waitress was great in helping my wife select something that would meet her needs since she has a seafood allergy. Also everything was very clean and atmosphere in restaurant was light and airy. Just a good overall experience. Keep in mind this is after having wonderful meals at La Segunda and the Columbia in Ybor city. Next time we are in Tampa we will be having a meal at the Hilton Garden Inn Westshore.
