Fomos para um jogo da Copa, então a localização em frente a fan fest é ao ponto de ônibus que leva até o estádio foi perfeita. As camas eram confortáveis e as dependências do hotel muito boas.
O box do chuveiro vazava água pelo banheiro todo e o banheiro não estava muito bem limpo, tinha cabelo no chuveiro, mas ficamos só uma noite, então foi ok.

La ubicación respecto a fundidora. Metro etc.
Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aqui. Reserve por su alberca la cual estaba cerrada en mantenimiento por lo que considero que deberían tener publicado en la aplicación que áreas del hotel están deshabilitadas, mi hija se quedó muy frustrada de no poder usar la alberca. Adicional durante los 3 días que estuvimos hospedados del 22 al 25 de junio, ningún dia hubo Internet! Al preguntar en recepción me dijeron que "que raro" nadie habia reportado no tener Internet. Mi esposo tambien preguntó acerca del Internet y muy molesto el sr que lo atendió le dijo que no habia servicio y que no era problema del hotel. Recomiendo que antes de hospedarse revisen los servicios. Desafortunadamente yo pagué desde antes de llegar.

Anunciaron que tenían alberca y no tenian
Muy cerca de fundidora y arena Monterrey para los conciertos. Muy confortable la habitación, con limpieza y tranquilidad.
Clima regulable que eso se agradece mucho. Zona perfecta para que pasen taxis (uber) por ti. Y con puente para cruzar a cintermex.
El vigilante del estacionamiento no es muy amable. Llegamos me estacione y lo primero que dijo no se pueden estacionar. Le dije que teníamos reservación, que apenas nos íbamos a registrar y mencionó que ya deberíamos tener un tarjetón. Le comente que aun iba a eso a recepción y se fue molesto.
