Que no incluía la comida que focos no prendían que el aire no enfriaba el baño no bajaba en el pasillo goteaba estaba bien mojada la alfombra
I was attending a conference at the Cintermex facility. The hotel is directly across the road with easy walking access. Perfect in that regard.
The staff were friendly and very helpful and the hotel was clean.
The room was run down. I had 2 lamps, both had switches broken so the only way to turn them on and off was to plug them in and out. The AC worked but was very loud with clinking and banging noises.
The bed was rock hard.
Bathroom was good.

La ubicación es excelente! Justo frente a cintermex y con varios restaurantes muy cerca.
La habitación que nos tocó estaba viejita y descuidada, seguramente deben tener algunas mas actualizadas y modernas pero la de nosotros se inundaba el baño al usar la regadera, el aire acondicionado goteaba y no todos los focos servían, la Iluminacion era mala. Pero claro también tenía sus cosas buenas como camas muy cómodas, cortinas black out, buena vista. Creo que el detalle esta en asegurarse de pedir en recepción una habitación recién remodelada y con eso. Si recomiendo el hotel y si volvería definitivamente, pero asegurandome de recibir una mejor habitación. Buen hotel y excelente ubicación.

The location was great as was the breakfast. Staff was friendly as well.
There were a few things, that I was disappointed in: 1. There is a mildewy smell on the 3rd floor 2. Wifi was poor. 3. Our TV kept lagging and when maintenance was sent I was told to only watch TV on channels 1-35 because connection was not good enough for the other channels. 4. Cold water only in the showers and was not warned about this when checking in. 5. Tv continued not working and we were moved but the TV situation was still not up to par. 6. Wifi was poor

I liked its location. It was nearby touristic places. I also thought the price was alright.
It was my second time coming and we booked again because of the benefit of the doubt, but honestly it was worse this time around. The 1st time the restroom wasn’t that clean but that was it. This time around it was way dirtier and one of the bed sheet and blanket had short ends of hair.
I found it too uncomfortable and had to ask front desk for new bed sheets.

La habitación, la atención
Que no avisaran a que hora entra la de limpieza, era muy temprano, y nos sacaron un susto pues querían abrir la puerta. Y la ventana estaba muy opaca, la vista era bella pero no apta para tomar foto al cerro de la silla

Cuando hicimos check out, nos dieron la oportunidad de resguardar nuestro equipaje hasta la hora de partir al aeropuerto.
La habitación no estaba barrida y la regadera no estaba completamente limpia.
Apenas teníamos 15 minutos en la habitación y alguien del personal nos abrió la puerta, solo tocó y no esperó respuesta, simplemente abrió, al vernos salió sin dar explicación.
No había botellitas de agua cuando llegamos.
El día del check out, salimos a almorzar y cuando regresamos a la habitación encontramos una llave tarjeta puesta en la habitación como si alguien hubiese entrado y prendido las luces, afortunadamente nuestras pertenencias estaban completas, entregamos esa tarjeta de más en recepción a la hora del check out.

La habitación no estaba limpia al 100, había pestañas en el piso, las camas tenían basura, dónde no hicieron cambio de sábanas , no teníamos toallas pero las solicitamos, las camas "matrimoniales" son muy pequeñas para dos personas
