Very disappointed
Pros:

The location and staff

Cons:

Everything was broken and not available or open. No ice no hot breakfast no swimming pool no vending machines

It was great.
Pros:

The location was excellant and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't eat the breakfast because I was in town for a reunion breakfast with my old high school faculty and staff.

Overall stay was ok
Pros:

The breakfast was not up to whatI was use to at other Holiday Inn Express. The milk for cereal was in a pitcher not sealed or individual container. Rarely ever saw front office staf or breakfast staff. Rooms clean

Good location. It was quiet and decently clean

Cons:

The light in the bathroom was out. The toilet was unscrew and moving. Curtains was dirty. Breakfast was very poorly prepared. The omelet looked old and dry. Pancake machine didn't work. Coffee was disgusting.

Initially was assigned to a room that I did not book.
Was told Booking.com booked a room for us that they did not have.
I had called to confirm the room reservation a week prior to our stay.
The staff member at the desk was very nice and did change our room assignment.
I showed him our room confirmation.

Fair place to stay, nothing to write home about.
Pros:

Good location to the town

Cons:

Room we reserved was not available and we were not made aware of this ahead of time. But we were still charged the same rate for what we reserved with the explanation of “it’s a booking.com reservation, nothing we can do”. Hallways are dreary, lobby has weird furniture and overall it just needs updating. Very overpriced for the quality of the place overall.

Prima hotel in leuk stadje
Pros:

We waren hier op doorreis en hebben hier één nacht geslapen. Dat beviel goed. Het bed was goed en de kamer rustig. Het personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. Er zijn een wasmachine en droger (1 dollar per machine), die in korte tijd onze kleding schoon en droog hadden. West Jefferson is op een paar min. rijden. Het is een heel leuk stadje met een paar restaurants, brouwerijen en een erg goede ijssalon.

Cons:

Ook hier een typisch Amerikaans hotel ontbijt met veel voorverpakte etenswaren en wegwerpbestek.
