Staff and overall the room was nice.
The used Q-tip in the bathroom, the hairs in the shower.
Bed was comfy, and the room was clean.
Pool was closed, and the TV in the room didnt work.

Was told Booking.com booked a room for us that they did not have.
I had called to confirm the room reservation a week prior to our stay.
The staff member at the desk was very nice and did change our room assignment.

Good location to the town
Room we reserved was not available and we were not made aware of this ahead of time. But we were still charged the same rate for what we reserved with the explanation of “it’s a booking.com reservation, nothing we can do”. Hallways are dreary, lobby has weird furniture and overall it just needs updating. Very overpriced for the quality of the place overall.
We waren hier op doorreis en hebben hier één nacht geslapen. Dat beviel goed. Het bed was goed en de kamer rustig. Het personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. Er zijn een wasmachine en droger (1 dollar per machine), die in korte tijd onze kleding schoon en droog hadden. West Jefferson is op een paar min. rijden. Het is een heel leuk stadje met een paar restaurants, brouwerijen en een erg goede ijssalon.
Ook hier een typisch Amerikaans hotel ontbijt met veel voorverpakte etenswaren en wegwerpbestek.
