I have always loved staying with you. It is clean and quite. Would love a exhaust fan in bathroom so mirror doesn't fogas bad

I have always loved staying with you. We just don't like the entrance to get down from the building. It is hard to see traffic coming from the curve.

The room size, hangers, soaps/shampoo, fridge, ice, lobby with 24/7 coffee and hot water for tea/cocoa, location

Cons:

The room was fine, but one bed really squeaked and made sharing the room difficult. The bathroom had NO FAN. No way for the shower's humidity or any air/smell to escape. The pool on site was NOT well kept, the water was a little green and murky.

I would stay again. Good value.
Pros:

Nice to have coffee available. I only ate cold breakfast (yogurt) but everything looked good. Buffett area was clean and well stocked.

Cons:

Husband and I stayed 2 nights. The first night, the bed we slept in felt very soft, almost like the mattress needed to be replaced. The second night we slept in the other bed. That mattress was more comfortable.

Cons:

I booked 6 rooms but when I called to confirm because I didn't receive a confirmation email, I was told there was only one rooms reserved. I had to find alternate accommodations for my party at an increased cost. After that, it turns out there were 6 rooms reserved and I was charged for them even though I had called and spoken to the staff. I then asked if those charges could be refunded and was told I needed to speak to booking.com. Very upset.
