Pésimo servicio al cliente por parte del gerente
Cons:

El trato, especialmente de Salvador, el gerente encargado. Su tarifa era 2X el valor de otros hoteles de mayor categoría en la ciudad y no tuvo una actitud conciliadora para resolver lo sucedido. Incluso me cobró una penalidad y aún así, pude ir a un mejor hotel y ahorrar dinero.
