We stayed at this hotel from August 4 to August 6.
Unfortunately, we left very disappointed with the level of service.
On several occasions, the cocktails were served only half full. When we asked why, we were told it was intentional because they were “more concentrated”, yet we were still charged the full price.
The worst experience happened during our last dinner. We were a family of 10 people, including children, and throughout our stay we regularly ate and drank at the hotel, always leaving tips for the staff.
I went to the bar to add one extra coffee and two digestifs to our bill, bringing the total to around €335. I asked the waiter to charge €340, leaving a €5 tip. Instead, he handed me the payment terminal with €350. I pointed out the mistake, but told him it was fine and accepted paying €350, leaving a €15 tip instead.
When we returned to the table, we realized that the extra coffee had never been served. When I mentioned it, several staff members insisted that I had only paid for one coffee, even though the only reason I had gone to the bar was to add that extra coffee and the two digestifs to the bill.
The issue was never the price of a coffee. What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism and customer care. A simple apology or a small goodwill gesture would have resolved the situation immediately. Instead, no one was willing to acknowledge that a mistake may have been made.
It is a real shame to end an otherwise pleasant stay with such a poor final impression.
O quarto era muito espaçoso, bonito, limpo e confortável. A piscina é muito bonita e o serviço do bar foi ótimo. O restaurante é excelente! (Mas deve-se efetuar a reserva pois o espaço é pequeno)
Nada, foi tudo ótimo! Sugestão de melhoria seria incluir alguns brinquedos para criança no jardim atrás da piscina como opção de entretenimento para famílias com filhos.

O hotel sofreu melhorias e está excelente. Os quartos têm novo mobiliário, muito moderno e confortável. Gostei de disponibilizarem água, chá e café. A piscina continua excelente e o bar/restaurante de apoio funciona muito bem e com muitas opções. Utilizei a sala de fitness e foi uma mais valia.
