Muito boa
Pros:

O pequeno almoço era ótimo com muita variedade.

Gostei muito de visitar o palacio sotto mayor.

O hotel tem bastante qualidade e o pessoal bastante simpático e profissional

Cons:

no momento da reserva não tínhamos a opção de pequeno almoço incluído e que pagaria no hotel 18 € por quarto no momento do pagamento cobraram 18€ por pessoa dia o que para um pequeno almoço é demasiado exagerado

Muito bom, com algumas melhorias possíveis
Pros:

O hotel tinha realmente muito boas condições. Agradou-nos muito a estética, o ambiente, o pequeno-almoço, o atendimento, a simpatia dos funcionários, a piscina. Fizeram-nos um upgrade gratuito para um quarto maior e a limpeza estava exímia.

Cons:

A única coisa que nos desagradou foram as camas. Apesar de serem gigantes, os colchões não tinham qualquer firmeza. Estando grávida a entrar no terceiro trimestre, isto tornou as noites bastante desconfortáveis. Estamos conscientes de que é algo que a outros poderá agradar, mas para nós não funcionou bem. O que foi pena, porque tudo o resto foi excelente.

Très bon petit déjeuner, super literie, grande douche , très calme, grand parking gratuit et surveillé, café et eau dans la chambre tous les jours , personnel agréable et souriant

Pros:

Boa localização, próximo da praia e com um bom parque de estacionamento. Pequeno almoço variado e com qualidade. Suíte bastante ampla, com vista para a piscina, e camas bastante confortáveis que permitem descansar bem. É sempre uma excelente experiência voltar ao Malibu.

Hotel qui affiche 5 étoiles. Personnel charmant. Mais désagrément sonore qui a gaché notre nuit.

Cons:

La climatisation émet un bruit intermitent qui, d'après ce qui nous a été répondu, provient de la pompe qui évacue l'eau générée par le système de climatisation. Résultat : un vrombissement tel un téléphone portable, toutes les 3 minutes. Juste insupportable. Le personnel a été très compréhensif et professionnel.

Personal muy amable, en especial una morena de recepción ( no se como se llama).
