Pros:

The location is superb. I can just walk to the mamak restaurant for lunch and buy souvenirs at Pasar Chowrasta. The room is very nice and facing the sea. I can rest and drink coffee in my room while enjoying the sea view as my room is at level 11

Cons:

I requested to clean room and change my towel on the third day but was not done.
The towel was only replaced at night I called

Spacious rooms, amenities were rundown, staff were attentive.
Pros:

Location is strategic, within walking distance to town. Staff were attentive when I called for housekeeping because the bathtub has no stopper and the kettle plug was faulty. The tv reception was bad too so the staff attended to it when called.

Cons:

Parking was difficult and dark, drop off area is small and limited. Lounge and lobby was dim and not welcoming at night. Pool was small and too deep.

Room 634

• Upon check-in, I slipped and fell in the bathroom area between the toilet and the entrance because no bath mat was provided. I was informed by the staff that bath mats are only available upon request. For guest safety, I strongly recommend that bath mats be placed in every room by default.

• Fortunately, I was not seriously injured. However, if this had happened to a child, the outcome could have been much worse.

• At approximately 3:00 AM, the guests in the adjacent room were extremely noisy. They appeared to be celebrating a birthday and repeatedly knocked on our connecting door, causing my entire family to wake up.

• We contacted the reception regarding the disturbance, and the staff responded professionally and were very helpful.

Overall, I appreciate the assistance from the staff, but I hope these issues will be addressed to improve guest safety and comfort in the future.
