Great location and good breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is very small overall, but it is clean and offers a nice breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is a 10-minute walk to Penn Station and a 3-minute walk to Target and other stores, and there are many restaurants nearby.

Aside from the tired and worn areas as noted, we had a lovely 5 night stay here.
Pros:

Excellent location with the 34th St Subway just steps from the main entrance. Empire State Building one block away and Times Square also an easy walk. The BEST feature of the Hotel was the STAFF!!!!

Cons:

The furniture in the breakfast room is beyond “tired.” Chairs and bench seats are in dire need of reupholstering and carpeting in the elevators is worn and fringing. Not what we expected with this hotel chain.

Pros:

Lo que me gustó es que habia barra libre en café, té y agua. También me gustó la ubicación del hotel, cerca del metro y vías de acceso

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó es que las personas del aseo a la habitación no limpian bien, además de que se robaron unos aretes de oro que tenía en mi cosmetiquera. El desayuno no es variado, aunque cumple para un desayuno ligero.

Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich TOP! Man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Empire State Building liegt direkt eine Straße weiter. Zum Times Square sind es nur knapp 15 Minuten.

Cons:

Leider hat mir die Klimaanlage nicht gefallen. Trotzdem sie ausgeschaltet war, ging sie in regelmäßigen Abständen an. Prinzipiell vielleicht nicht schlimm, bin leider sehr anfällig bei Klimaanlagen. Ist aber halt typisch in ganz Amerika.

Cons:

The airccondition spilled water out on the floor and stained new clothes. They did not bother to give us back money for the total of the clothes ruined even though it was not expensive clothes. I am disappointed! We had to use time to buy the items again that was ruined and had to stay up late when the maintenance guy fixed the air-condition late at night. The customer service in this situation was not good enough and a bit of an attitude in communication...

Excellent location, a waling distance from a lot of city sightseeing.
The staff were very kind.
Breakfast was good. I loved the fresh water & coffee/tea that were available all the time in the main kitchen.
great value for money.
