Pros:

Excelente ubicación, calidez del personal. Hay personal que habla español y los que no se esmeran por entender.
El desayuno que es algo que no es usual para el tango de precio es muy bueno. Siempre hubo fruta, panes, queso, manteca yogurt, cereal avena, granola, opción de huevo y panceta o similar, jugos. El café (3 opciones diferentes: descafeinados, ligero o fuerte y agua caliente y fría con muchos tes se ofrecen 24 horas en el lobby)
En el lobby muchos días hubo galletitas dulces redondas para los huéspedes..
Hay máquinas expendedoras de opciones dulces saladas (snacks) y bebidas.... Igualmente es una zona donde podés encontrar de todo las 24 hs.
Tiene un mini gym.
Las habitaciones cumplen su función y el servicio de hacer el cuarto es hasta las 16hs..
En la estadía se comunicaron por mensaje de texto para saber si estábamos bien o si necesitábamos algo.
Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas. En la habitación hay caja fuerte, perchas, plancha y tabla de planchar, secados de pelo y cafetera con cafés y te. Además de la heladera clásica del hotel.
Cargador para enchufar o poner el cable de USB.
Estuvimos 7 noches con un niño de 7 años y mi mamá de 80 años... Y todos estuvimos muy conformes.
Gracias a todos los que trabajan porque hicieron de nuestra estadía una gran experiencia.
En la esquina del hotel hay bajada de subte y colectivos.

Great location hotel for your NYC visit.
Pros:

Well this hotel is great spot. Right around the corner from Empire State building, Macys, MSG and short walk to Times Sq. Room was very comfortable - great view of ESB. Comfortable bed.
Facilities were great - was pleasantly surprised with what was on offer at breakfast - made sure of a full stomach for the day ahead sight seeing around NYC.
Plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel. Perfect spot for vacation in NYC.

Cons:

The street is quite busy where the hotel is located and i am sure some of the drivers in the early hours of the morning take pleasure in making as much noise as possible - especially the refuse trucks lol. Not much the hotel can do about this however, ear plugs helped next night.

La saletta dove poter consumare cibo preso nei negozi vicini.
La posizione è davvero ottima.

Cons:

Non dipende dall'hotel ma la strada è molto trasandata.
Non molto comoda la vasca senza la doccetta.
Colazione discreta.
