Good Hotel at reasonable price
Pros:

Rooms were clean, quiet and bed were comfortable. Good breakfast spread. Staff at reception and room service is helpful with limitation of language. Adequate laundry facility. Room service was good and very responsive. Staff is helpful.
Location is in Centre as well as near residential area. There are popular Chinese restaurants nearby.

Cons:

No concierge. So, I could not book taxi for Panda Culture center and Leshan Buddha through hotel (which has a distinct advantage). At reception knowledge of English is very poor.

Cons:

I was mislead by the room’s description. Room with two double beds. Supposed to be two queen size beds. I have checked other hotel booking app, same property listed as twin room with 2 single beds which pretty straight forward.
Totally disappointed on how booking’s staff handling my case. Sent me a link via email and expecting me to click within 12 hours. Which I had missed because I was still on my vacation. After my trip, I ask for resend, the staff still asked me back what is the link? How would I know what’s the link about?

Great service, outstanding value for money.
Pros:

Everything😁. Great size room with double comfortable bed and great shower with all amenities. Very good aircon and flat screen TV.
There is a free laundry room available as well with tumble dryer.
Breakfast was included in my booking and it was really good as well. Quite big choice from Chinese to western dishes.
I didn't use WiFi because I had my own internet so can't make a comment on that.
Location is also great with easy access to local restaurants, shops and nearest subway station around 10 min walking away.
Would definitely stay there again in Chengdu.

Cons:

The only one thing I could mention there was no fridge in the room if I had to complain, but could live without it for few days🙂.

Value for money, sumptous breakfast, super friendly staff
Pros:

Value for money especially breakfast was really good. Good location - short walk to Metro station and we can also walk to ChunXi Road in about 12mins. Hotel staff super friendly and was able to communicate with hotel before arrival to request our 3 rooms on same floor.
This is my 3rd trip to this hotel, so 8 hotel stay lbefore and after” as we used Chengdu as launch pad to travel to outside Chengdu to surrounding tourist sights
