Cons:

My room 509 was dark dingy and smelling of I think food odour or something like that. It was quite difficult to sleep with the stink.

Foset was leaking and sink water flow was a trickle. However the washroom was set right by maintenance. Did a good job .

Earlier I stayed in first floor it was clean and good

Pros:

The hotel offers good beds and free bottled water in the hot times. The shower and bathroom was clean and had a ceiling shower head
Breakfast on the top of the hotel was refreshing and delicious

Cons:

The ac was a bit loud in one night, because something clanged.
The dinner in the evening had a huge amount of starter skewers and it was sad to return some to have still space for the delicious main dishes.

Pros:

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall service was good, and the staff were polite and helpful. Special thanks to Nisha for her excellent service and support she was very courteous and attentive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Unclean bathroom and Old Furniture
Pros:

Matress and Sofas are very old and spoiled. Should be replaced immediately. Floor is unclean and flooring also spoiled. Bathroom accessories should be repaired. Wet area is Unclean and need deep clean.
