Would definitely book Residence Inn for future visits to Moncton.
Pros:

The room was spacious and had every amenity we needed to prepare meals and relax. They allowed for an early check in (this was a huge bonus, we appreciate it so much). The breakfast, OMG it was so delicious. They had everything from cereal, toast to healthy options, and a waffle maker! Great coffee too. And a great selection at their snack store for afterhours at front desk. The staff, can't say enough good about each and everyone we spoke to. Exceptional service and stay.

Cons:

The parking lot. Small spaces and not enough to accommodate all guests.

Great location for a concert in Moncton and comfortable room
Pros:

Comfortable bed, great layout of suite, great breakfast

Cons:

parking is not well marked and had to back out of above ground lot as no where to turn at the end of the full lot

Will not stay again. Paid 485 to be over run by rude kids knocking on doors, unsupervised,

Whirlpool jets were hardly working, it was dirty.
Staff were not friendly and seemed inconvenienced by any questions but were also very over whelmed with the kids running parentless and rudely around the hotel. Paid 485 for the room, then an additional $16 to park and aas told that "there will likely be no spaces to park but had to pay anyway. As a Marriott member I was seriously disappointed in this stay.

Great front desk service and a smooth check-in, but the room cleanliness, especially the dusty sofa,
Pros:

The check-in experience was excellent. The front desk staff were very kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. I truly appreciated their support and their positive attitude during our stay.

Cons:

My family and I had an uncomfortable experience in Room 303. The room, especially the sofa, was quite dusty, which made it difficult for us to sit on it comfortably during the two days we stayed there. I kindly recommend that the housekeeping team pay special attention to cleaning this room, especially the couch, for future guests.

Avoid Main Street facing rooms

It's not their fault but ASK FOR AN EVEN NUMBERED ROOM if you don't want to listen to Harley Davidson motor-heads revving their weak egos on the main street ALL DAY LONG

This once beautiful hotel needs love and care

My husband and I have stayed many many times at this hotel thru the years, since it was new. We've had awesome experiences ,until this weekend !! What has happened to this once ,beautiful hotel?!!!!!! New management??? Lack of staff??
Something major has changed.
We arrived at the hotel.. supper at the Keg (attached),then headed back to change to go for a swim ans relax in hot tub.
The water was green and cloudy!!!!! The hit tub was even worse. I refused to get in!! My husband took a chance..... the jets weren't working, the water was warm, and as my husband rubbed his had over the seat he was sitting on, the finish (tile) was coming off on his hands..
We inquired of the lady at the front desk..she couldn't speak much English.. but manged to say ." Ti old!!!!!" (The tile is old)
The room was clean but time to buy new wash cloths.. paper thin..so old . Towels were fine ,bedding clean.. the couch is worn and accents pillows are very old and thin.
Breakfast was fine.
This Marriott is prime location ,located down town..
This weekend experience, was not great and will be our last stay here.

It was a good stay overall.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The room was nice. The staff were so friendly. The hotel itself is clean and well designed.

Cons:

The hot tub was not clean and filled properly. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The universal plug in for my EV car didn't work. The fitness room was extremely hot.
