Staff and room perfect.
We reserved a disabled room only to find the shower was in the bath, so my wife who is disabled could not get into the bath and went without showering in 30 degree temps on our journey.
Was very clean. We were able to check in late. The room was beautifully air-conditioned and the beds were very comfy.

We have stayed here many times as we travel from the European mainland to UK and back. We always receive a warm and friendly welcome, amd that remains throughout the stay. The room is always clean and air-conditioning work well. The bar staff are friendly and the same is for the restaurant. And the food offering is really good and fairly priced. Breakfast is good too and, of course, everyone is friendly and helpful. We stay at many hotels and this hotel always leaves a warm feeling as if you are really welcome. Thanks!
De fijne schone kamer met royale badkamer en parkeerplaats voor de deur maken dit hotel tot een topaccommodatie als je op doorreis bent, zoals wij naar de Cotswolds. Ontbijt en diner waren er ook uitstekend.
