We use regularly for one night stays. Clean air conditioned rooms and communal areas. Helpful staff, reasonable buffet style breakfasts and standard pub style meals. The home made ice cream is very good.
Very close to the M20, rooms at the front can be noisy if you like to sleep with windows open.

This was our first visit but really handy to know that the Restaurant was taking food orders until 10pm for those arriving late.

Not much to be honest.
Our stay was ruined by checking in to a very damp room at 11pm when all we wanted to do was sleep. The room smelled strongly of damp and the bed clothes were wet to the touch. Im guessing it is air con that is badly in need of overhaul. There was long term staining on the ceiling as well so the building is not well insulated or ventilated. We received IHG points as a compensation but they will not go very far. It was not a pleasant stay and a bad start to our trip.
