HOTEL TRÈS AGRÉABLE MALGRÉ QUELQUES POINTS NÉGATIFS
Pros:

La situation géographique à 5mns du Rialto, le cadre charmant du hall et de la salle du petit déjeuner très bien garni, l'amabilité et la disponibilité de l'accueil et du personnel en général, la propreté.

Cons:

L'absence d'ascenseur, le manque d'accessoires dans la salle de bains pour poser ses affaires, les garnitures de sommier très laides, lesfenêtres vétustes et la vue.

If you want the old world charm, this is the hotel fir you. Great location... staff was wonderful... room was beautiful

The only fault I had which really is a personal preference is that bed was really hard

Bel hôtel bien situé
Pros:

La situation géographique, le calme, la propreté et la grande chambre 133 en mezzanine.

Cons:

Faites attention car on ne voit pas tout de suite que les boissons chaudes dans la chambre sont payantes et facturées très chères : 5,50 € le thé !

Great staff and 10/10 for location.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Set us up really well for a day of wandering and exploring the city. Great restaurant right next door with friendly staff and in a quiet street so sleep was undisturbed.

Cons:

Room was comfortable and clean but smaller than the photos on the site advertised. This was our first time in Venice so perhaps it’s what is to be expected.

Boutique Hotel Near San Marco & Rialto Bridge
Pros:

We booked a Superior Canal View room. We had a small room on the 2nd floor, but right on a small canal. We had a small fridge and a hot water maker for tea/coffee. The bathroom was nice, with a large tub/shower combination - however, it was a very high step to get in & out of the tub, it would be hard if you have any disabilities - there's no grab bar, and the shower door is not stable, it moves back & forth. There are shutters on the large windows, which helps for darkness, and the canal is not noisy.
Gelateria Gallonetto has amazing gelato, and is just a 2" walk!
San Marco is maybe a 10" walk, as is Rialto Bridge.
We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it.

Pros:

Hotel super centrico, a pasos de distancia a los lugares de interes, lo que lo hace practico tanto para las actividades de dia como para las actividades de noche

Cons:

Sobre todo el desayuno, bastante pobre, tal vez suficiente para una noche pero terrible si la estacia es mas larga y lo anticuado de las habitaciones y de las instalaciones del hotel
