Perfect
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel! The room was perfect and gorgeous, the staff was super friendly, and breakfast was great! Location was walking distance to Rialto and St. Mark's, so it was easy to get to by vaporetto or walk to many great locations nearby.

A fost frumos.
Pros:

Mi a plăcut camera, curățenia care se făcea zilnic. Personalul amabil.

Cons:

Prețurile de la mic dejun, comparativ cu oferata care era foarte săracă și se repeta ZILNIC.

I would recommend it if you don't mind the tight quarters. Very clean!
Pros:

We found the hotel to be VERY clean. Although it's older, definitely cleaner than a Marriott we stayed in Paris. Some of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard, nothing very special. Lots of choices with eggs, bacon, sausage, croissants, other baked goods, yogurt, cereal, etc. We'd just come from Paris so we had the French eggs there and disappointed with the eggs we had here. LOVED the fresh coffee drinks you can order at the bar.

Cons:

Rooms were VERY small. We stayed in a triple and we could barely walk around. And the bathroom was tiny with no counter or very little counter space. However, our biggest issue was the AC. You had to take a cold shower to find any type of relief from the heat and humidity. You're supposed to turn in your key and keycard which keeps the electricity in your room on. We took the key off the keycard else the room would take a look time to cool. Even then, the room was still VERY warm.

Pros:

decoración muy romántica y linda. no se escuchaba ruido en la noche de las habitaciones ni del exterior.

Cons:

camas un poco duras, aire acondicionado un poco ruidoso, pero soportable. tv no era smart-tv, por lo que solo podíamos ver canales nacionales (idioma local)

Excellent stay in super central location near the Rialto Bridge with excellent breakfast
Pros:

Location was excellent, and breakfast was superb, but on 2 of our 4 mornings we had to leave before 7.30 and so missed breakfast. Some token breakfast available earlier for people leaving early for trips/airport would have been great. Having a concierge open all hours was a huge help and comfort.

Cons:

Very hard to find it. Photos made it look like there was an outdoor terrace for drinks/breakfast.
