Front desk staff where absolutely fabulous
Pros:

Location was perfect to be out in the city centre & castle

Cons:

Parking when an event was on at the Principality was difficult, had to park in the rugby ground next door

Närhet till slottet i Cardiff.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt direkt neben dem Bute Park und dem Schloss. Das Hotel ist zu Fuß vom Banhof erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist gut organisiert, auch bei vollem Betrieb.

Cons:

Das Zimmer im Hotel müssen dringend renoviert werden. Die Möbel und vor allem das Bad sind sehr alt. Das Bad ist sehr klein.

Das Personal wirkt im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels / Pensionen etwas lustlos.
