Location is excellent
Could not pre book parking
Location & Breakfast were both great.
The excessive pricing due to the fact Metallica were playing in the Millennium Stadium.
The location with parking was excellent.
Reception was without a smile and greeting. Room was fine though a bit tired.
Great location and welcoming staff
The staff were accessible, responsive and professional.
The evening security staff were visible and checked that people entering the building were guests. This did reassure me for our safety.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet
The AC was too cold. It was set centrally, so we couldn't adjust the room temperature.
Some room refurbishment is needed. The room could use more power points, particularly USB sockets by the bed.

Comfortable bed
Not sufficient space especially around the beds. Didn’t like the bathroom particularly although I do appreciate you can’t make the rooms more spacious when they are not very big in the first place! The tv stopped working on our final morning which was a huge disappointment.
Great location for the gigs that were on that evening.
Bed was comfy, big TV screen and a decent view.
£200 for a room due to dynamic pricing. The rooms are not worth £200. Very basic rooms for a business charging such a high price.
The rooms weren't clean, the carpet and floor was covered in the room we stayed in (222).
Very nice staff Very helpful and breakfast was really good.
It was very oquad to get into bath having bad hip and leg toilet was too close to bath.
We stayed one night to see The Cure, loved that it was close to everything and had parking on site. It was a red weather warning, 36 degrees, on arrival we were greeted by lots of happy smiling staff handing out icy cold drinks and ice pops, there was free icy cold water available in reception throughout our stay too, a nice touch which certainly helped cool us down. Our room and all public areas were spotlessly clean, as an ex head housekeeper of a hotel this matters. The air con in our room didn't work but as I say it was the hottest day Cardiff had ever had, perhaps it couldn't cope with demand, however on arrival a fan had been left running in the room and curtains pulled across to keep it cool, again a thoughtful touch. Had a great night's sleep despite the heat and didn't hear any noise from the pretty busy road outside either.
Room was pricey, but this seemed to be Cardiff wide though as several large concerts were on that night, supply and demand I guess.
Absolutely everything. All the staff facilities, clean location to the princpality stadium all excellent.
I am disabled and they were so lovely with me. Disabled parking as well...would recommend this hotel if you have some disability.
