A very enjoyable stay. Cardiff is a great place to visit for a short break.
Pros:

First room was very small - dungeon size. Exchanged room much better.
Breakfast very good . Coffee excellent.
Location was ideal.

Cons:

Checking out was a bit traumatic. Accounting errors. Still awaiting resolution.

Great location to explore Cardiff
Pros:

The room was nice because it had enough space for two large suitcases and had an a/c. The location is excellent right in the heart of Cardiff. The breakfast was a buffet-style and had plenty of choice.

Great location for events near castle, parking on site, friendly helpful staff, clean quiet rooms.
Pros:

Breakfast location easy to find. Sufficient basic breakfast. Hotel was easy to find.

Cons:

Pastries could have been warm/more choices. Couldn't find additional cutlery when the original cutlery had been cleared away.
Carpark is a little tight to enter/exit espicially of delivery vans parked by entrance. Spaces are a little small.
