I loved everything.
There was nothing I really didn’t like.
The front desk check in process was exceptionally easy. Very helpful and made our stay pleasant. I loved how pleasant the woman was and I loved her ability to multi task our wedding group.
The mattress was a little hard for me.
Love the space in the room, love the breakfast realy good, good hours and a great variety to pick from mi kids hubby and i realy loved it the rooms were comfy and the staff was realy nice
Only thing is the pool is not as big as it looks in the picture and the water was always super cold we stayed for 5 nights. Always cold. But we enjoyed it. and the spa jacuzzi was out of service
It was very close to Ann's Choice where we were visiting a family member. Nice surrounding, close to shops and restaurants. Swimming pool opened longer hours - Great!
Breakfasts need to be improved, quality rather low.
Free buffet breakfast, free inside heated pool, big rooms, elevator, back door access, wifi. We also loved the clean, stain free linens, no bugs, quiet room, comfy beds, free access to Dove products in bathroom and 24 hr. available fresh brewed coffee. We saved a lot of $ with the big breakfast buffet. It had a much larger selections of food than we expected. The free pool also saved a lot and entertained the kids.
Front desk wasn't nice when we called to ask for more blankets. What kind of hotel doesn't have extra blankets? The spa was broke. Key card only worked some of the time. A lot of guest were locked out of the pool. Someone in the pool had to keep letting people in.
