The room, was comfortable and clean.
The fridge didn't have a freezer

I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was. Everything about the room was perfect. Which surprised me because the room was so reasonably priced.

Check-in time is 3pm we checked in at around 315 and our room wasn’t ready we had to wait 45 minutes
Breakfast was great, location was just as I expected. Centrally located for the activities we had planned, Disneyland and San Diego. Grandkids enjoyed the pool.
We were shorted a couple of clean towels a couple of days.

Rooms updated
Handicap shower could be improved by adding safety bars to hold onto. The shower chair provided was a bit unsteady .
The hotel is newly remodeled with walk-in showers. Air conditioner worked great with the California heat. Staff was very attentive, especially Rocky at the front desk. Had one issue that needed to be brought to their attention and it was dealt with the very same day which was very appreciated. Maintenance is on staff in the evening which surprised me. Wonderful breakfast! One helpful tip for the front desk would be to have a spreadsheet with local restaurant information on who delivers and who doesn't for those who don't have apps like Uber eats. You can add their hours, phone numbers and addresses to this sheet. This is a great way to go the extra mile for your guests ❤️
